Monthly Rentals in Belas

The apartment is nice, clean, very safe and centrally located in Talatona. Condominium Mayombe is located inside Condominium Palanca Negra, both with security guards. David responded quickly and was flexible with check out. I would like to stay more times in this apartment, and I recommend anyone travelling to Luanda to stay in this apartment.

A good stay. A lot of space, all organized, clean. Good communication with the host. I like it. I recommend it!

Soraia was attentive and helpful from the first contacts. The tips and guidelines made the stay in Luanda very enjoyable . The apartment , in addition to being very comfortable , was clean and with all important utensils for the daily life of a season/trip. I was very pleased .

Truly appreciated our stay in Luanda at Leonid’s place. We were pleasantly surprised by the size, much bigger than expected, and even more so by the pool outside, which wasn’t necessarily advertised when looking for a place to stay. The place was also clean both on the inside and outside. Leonid was very open and even allowed a visit before the stay, moreover, very good at communicating and being responsive to fix small issues/problems that came up in the house during our stay. It is in a residential area, which is rather quiet and secure. We also appreciated the maintenance staff that was available to help, as needed. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s planning a stay in Luanda.
