Vacation rentals with a kayak in Bay of Kotor

We had a wonderful stay at Jovana's place. We were looking for an escape from the city, and this was exactly what we were looking for. It's incredibly quiet, and has everything you need for a chilled time. loungers, beautiful view, bbq. Was a little cold for us to go on the lake to kayak but definitely would have in the summer. The view is incredible as well, all felt very peaceful. All in all, great place to stay. the highlight is definitely the exterior so we didn't spent much time inside but it had all the amenities needed. Thank you!

Jelica and her family were very welcoming, it was a great experience that I could stay at this family house. The apartment is situated up the hill along the famous self-drive route P16, which offers nice lake scenic views. The fish I had in the host family restaurant was one of the best, fresh eel and trout caught on the day, simply fried and served with grilled veg, cheese and home made wine. Beautiful stay and great host.

Our stay at Paradise Lake House was nothing short of amazing! The property was impeccably clean—so spotless that I felt comfortable walking barefoot, which I rarely do in accommodations. Every corner is squeaky clean, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. Location was the perfect place to relax, offering quiet and serene surroundings by the lake, yet still conveniently close to excellent local restaurants. The self-check-in process was smooth and easy, making our arrival hassle-free. We appreciated how everything was clearly explained, allowing us to settle in quickly. A big highlight was Danilo, the property owner. He was incredibly responsive and always available to assist with any questions or offer recommendations for local spots. His attentiveness really made our stay extra special. For anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and peaceful retreat with a great location and a helpful host, Paradise Lake House is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Fabulous stay! The scenery was beautiful and the option to use the paddle boards was a great addition. Great communication from the host too. Our only comment would be to definitely hire a car if you choose to stay here. While there is a bus nearby which will take you into Tivat this seems unreliable and taxis cost more than expected. Overall a beautiful and relaxing stay!

The house with the most beautiful view to stay in the Kotor Tivat region is a peaceful, immaculately clean, friendly Tamara host, we were very satisfied with our family's kayak house, it was a free host and offered wine, thanks to Tamara, I would like to be in the same view again, love Tamara🌸💙

If you’re looking for a stay around Kotor Bay, this is the perfect place. Djordje and Jasna are the best hosts and are extremely welcoming when you arrive - you may even get a sweet treat at some point in the stay if you’re lucky. With access to a private beach, you’ll have picture-perfect views of the sea and mountains. The hosts even let us use their kayak! We can’t recommend this apartment enough. Prcanj itself is a great village to stay in, with a bakery, supermarket and a couple of fantastic restaurants on the waterfront - it has a quieter vibe to Kotor and does not (yet) feel overrun by coach loads of tourists. It is also arguably prettier than other towns, retaining an authentic feel in its architecture.

Our stay at Filip's apartment was lovely. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had an amazing view of the bay. Filip met us when we arrived and his recommendations for cafes and restaurants were great. He also referred us to a car rental company that provided great service. For those people with mobility issues, please be aware that the walk from the beach area to the apartment is quite steep. Aside from that, we highly recommend Filip's apartment!

We were honestly blown away - quiet literally! Nikola was friendly and professional, right from picking us up on the boat to dropping us back off. He made sure we felt at home, helped when we were stuck for groceries due to flight delays, and even threw in some house extras! The house was well equipped, with free kayaks to use, local restaurant, and the views were simply breathtaking. The only sounds were of birds chirping and boats gurgling. We had a couple of windy days, but that only made the experience more exciting. We had our breakfast on the patio, watched the sunset and stars appear, dipped in the river, bird watched, and went kayaking up to the monastery. Overall, a beautiful house in a breathtaking place of natural beauty, with a superb host... We recommend boating over to the restaurant in the summer. Many times we even watched the friendly restaurant owner pull out fish from the river - It was delicious.

Bojan was incredibly helpful, friendly and proactive in making my stay the best! full of peace, happiness and adventure! best place to have kayak, ride bicycle and have private tranquil moments on the lake. would definitely recommend and I am looking forward to staying again! thank you Bojan!
