from 15th JULY to 31st AUGUST - Bookings should start on a Saturday and be a minimum of 7 nights or multiples. Nestled in the hills opposite Todi lies our centuries old estate. A 3 bedrooms stone house with fireplace, 18 mt infinity pool, kids' pool and playground, surrounded by 40 hectares of private oak wood and olive orchard. Perfect place for a family holiday, friends get together or couple getaway. We have put our love and sweat to make this place like no other.

Le Ciliegie is an open space on two levels, with direct access from the garden. On the ground floor, there is the living area, equipped with a sofa bed with two single beds and a kitchen with a dishwasher. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, guests can enjoy a reserved table in the garden, a pool with a solarium, and two barbecues. The farmhouse enjoys a 360° view of the Umbrian and Tuscan hills and has a garden and shared swimming pool in summer, lounge and playground. This typology can NOT be booked with CHILDREN UNDER 12 or babies and is for max 3 people.

You can relax in a completely quiet location while being able to reach the medieval town in about 15 mins. Next to the house, a big infinity salt pool pours water on the beautiful panorama you will share your stay with.

Vistalago

The apartment has a breathtaking view of the Trasimeno, it was renovated in 2015 and is the house where we lived, so it is well furnished and cared for with love. It is located in a two-family house and is surrounded by olive trees with fields and roads for walking and cycling nearby. It is advisable to come by car. Families with children are welcome!

Guests will access the main entrance of the villa and, once they reach the door of the Tower, which is on the second floor, through a large staircase, they will have an independent accommodation, as it is equipped with all the amenities, exclusively reserved for them.
