Monthly Rentals in Barceloneta Beach

Although our plane was delayed, the owner's assistant was waiting for us when we got home. The house is very central, 1 minute walk to Barcelona beach. It was very enjoyable to be so close to a lively environment. We needed help once during our stay, we couldn't find the clothespins in the house. They brought them in half an hour, there were clothespins in the house too, we couldn't find them :) It was a bit crowded because it was a touristic area and there was noise at night, but this is acceptable. The house has air conditioning and a cooling fan. If I come to Barcelona again, I will stay again, we had a great month.

I had an incredible month staying at Luca’s place! The apartment had everything I needed, and Luca was always available when I needed help with something! Barceloneta is a perfect location, walkable to everything! And I felt really safe! I will stay again Luca! Thank you so much!!

I was there a total of 7 weeks and had a wonderful time. Noemi is super friendly and warm and regularly checked in with me to see if I needed anything and if I was doing well. She is super easy to reach and very eager to help, it really made me very happy. The apartment is exactly as pictured. Everything very neat and clean. The metro is just a few minutes away and the beach as well as many cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. I'm grateful for the wonderful time and can recommend the place 100%. The 1st floor apartment was in the best location possible for us, 2 minutes to the beach and regular bus routes, close to shops, cafes and a flat, easy walk uptown. The space is small with no couches, as described, but thoughtfully laid out. We had all the essentials - comfortable beds, a place for cases and clothes, great appliances, shower, heat pump/air con and fast wifi. When the dishwasher stopped working Jirka arranged for a tradesman to fix it within the hour. We loved our stay in this neighbourhood and didn't want to leave.
