Island vacation rentals in Balkans

Location, location, location - those are the key words to describe this place. Crystal clear waters surrounding a beautiful tiny island covered with trees (as part of the garden!). We liked it that much that we even mismanaged our departing date!

We just had a superbe holliday! 5-star service by the host and family. They were so kind and helpful. The house and surroundings are like a dream if you like peace and quietness, beautiful landscapes, nature and the sea at your feets. There is even a harbour with restaurants and supermarket 20 minutes of walking away. We definitely want to get back.

First, I would like to thank marija, ivo and roko for the lovely hospitality. The island is pure nature and I was able to really refresh myself from the stress of everyday life and recharge. The house has everything necessary and more, is very clean and makes the "Island of Quiet" perfect. It was really everything perfect from the lovely hosts to the island. I'll look forward to next time 🤗

This place is amazing! One of the best Airbnbs we've experienced. Surrounded by nature, we only heard cicadas and rustling leaves. The outdoor common area is well-equipped with good Wi-Fi and charging ports, perfect for working. When it got too hot, we took a dip in the pool, which was a great spot to relax and read. The room is small but uniquely decorated and has essential AC. The private kitchen had everything we needed, plus we received fig marmalade and drinks upon arrival. George and Bernard are kind and helpful, always available if needed. We'll definitely come back!

We hade a great vacation at Eva’s place. Is a perfect private location with an stunning view of the sunset. Eva is a great host, we had coffee, milk, cold water...all you need if you arrive late, like we did.she is flexible with check-in and check-out time, wich was helpful. The location was more beautiful that we expecting. We definitely recommend it!

The simple and very well-maintained house is beautifully located. We had absolute peace and the most beautiful view. The total seclusion allows you to completely relax. Especially recommended if you are good on foot! Thank you for everything - we will be back!

Villa perla is a slice of heaven! Despite unexpectedly stormy and windy weather we absolutely loved staying in this wonderful house. On the sunny days we enjoyed swimming off the rocks at the bottom of the garden and in the private pool. On the cloudy rainy days we enjoyed being cosy inside whilst still enjoying the marvellous views. It was so well eqipped for cooking our own meals too.

Very responsive host! The directions were clear, and the welcome was warm. The environment is simply amazing, in the heart of a private island, where you can sail quietly on the turquoise waters of the lake. A child's dream to sleep in a cabin and wake up with your feet in the water!

Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bozcaada. Murat and Nesrin are so kind and eager to offer local recommendations or friendly company. The view is incredible and all the amenities are as described. And it is extremely clean! We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again.

Jere and his family were amazing. Always there to help with anything needed. As we had no car gave us a lift there and Back to the port. The accommodation is for everyone who loves peace and no people on the beach.The island is without many tourists and kids running round. Perfect relax for all who love to switch off. Location 25 steps to the beach. The flat is cute and has everything needed .Maybe airconditioning would be a good idea in the future as it gets very hot at night and one doesnt cool down. Great holiday

We spent a week at Marija's place. Arrived, we were very nicely greeted by her personally and she showed us everything and gave us good tips about the region! Very very sweet! For us, the heart of the property was clearly the gardens with the views and direct access to the sea. These extend over several levels and everywhere there are lovingly furnished places to linger. Simply fantastic! It just looks even better than in the photos. We actually only used the apartment for sleeping. The location and views are breathtaking. We had a rental car and were able to explore the whole island. A small garden oasis to relax and enjoy!

Lydia’s home is the perfect escape for those wanting solitude and respite. Lydia is kind and responsive and the home has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Particularly enjoyed the variety of outdoor areas around the home. We loved every moment and cannot wait to get back. Highly recommend!

Our Milos trip was absolutely perfect. Thanks to the house and the host who truly knows the area, everything went smoothly throughout our stay. The new house was clean and fully equipped. Outside, it offered great privacy, right by the sea, with a small private beach and a larger one nearby. Highly recommend this place to stay in Milos.

If you’re considering staying on this little island, don’t hesitate—just book it! Our experience was absolutely wonderful and far exceeded our expectations. Waking up each morning to the sound of cicadas, walking through the olive trees, and stepping straight into the sea was pure magic—utter tranquility. From check-in to check-out, Visnja and Magdalena were incredibly helpful and responsive, making everything seamless. The little house itself is beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully considered with very cute interior. We spent our days snorkeling in the clear water and our evenings grilling and dining. The outdoor sofa seating area was perfect for watching sunsets, and the outdoor shower was an absolute dream. Thank you for a truly unforgettable experience.
