My family and I had an exceptional stay at this renovated, modern and spacious residence. The on-site team was very professional and made our experience even more enjoyable. The amenities and layout were high quality, and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Highly recommend this place and give a rating of 5 out of 5.

I spent 11 days at Steeve's perfect value for money, the photos are related to reality and a big thank you to Steeve's mom for her attention she made me a good big braised fish 😊it was super good and Wilfried gave me a bottle of natural juice. Thanks to the whole team, I'll be back next year for sure.

The description and photos of the listing perfectly reflect the reality on the spot, which is rare on Rbnb. Unlike some disappointing experiences, here everything is compliant and even better than expected. Safety: Residence surrounded by a gate with barbed wire, cameras with presence detectors, night lighting and on-site caretaker. Accessibility: Close to the central Fougerolles road, very easy to access. Comfort: Free and efficient WiFi, water and electricity available 24 hours a day (generator in case of outage), operational air conditioning. Hygiene: Impeccable cleanliness, large well-maintained bathroom. Support: Dieudonné, the concierge, is welcoming and available 24 hours a day. Nérice, the owner, remains reachable and responsive. In conclusion, a perfect stay in optimal conditions of safety, comfort and cleanliness. A place that I would highly recommend and where I would return without hesitation.

Great experience! I had a wonderful stay , The place was very clean, and the location was conveniently close to the main road. Communication with the host was ok, the on-site staff were exceptionally friendly and understanding. I highly recommend this spot for a comfortable stay!

Wilfried and his on-site representative responded to all our needs, meeting us every time. Thank you very much for your availability. The Mimosa, along with other apartments, is part of a newly built building a few floors high. Both the interior and the outdoor space, available to guests, are pleasant and well-kept; there is a concierge service that also guarantees access control and security. There are green areas. The setting is quiet and peaceful. Crossing a dirt road, you reach the main road with vehicular traffic in a few minutes.

Christian and his staff are very welcoming and always available they will make you feel comfortable. No worries with the neighborhood, the main road to Ngousso is under construction and I believe it will significantly improve traffic in the area. The building is very secure and so is the neighborhood. I would highly recommend it

Our Host has caught the small gaps that we noticed our arrival in the apartment. very responsive and very nice. we had a nice stay at Hermine's place. I would recommend this apartment.
