The apartment is located in a good place for travelers because you can walk to tourist attractions, such as San Telmo, Puerto Madero, and others. The space is nice to rest, the air conditioning works very well, which was greatly appreciated because the temperature outside was very high. The hosts were very friendly and made sure that check-in and check-out were easy.

My stay at this Airbnb was excellent. There are many factors that make this place a very comfortable stay. Safety first. It's on the 7th floor with a key to access the building through the main door on the 1st floor where all residents have their key. This way, only residents have access. There is always a policeman on that street below for your safety. On that same avenue, Montes de Oca, there are all kinds of businesses: restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, pharmacies, etc. Among many, I recommend Café Martínez, Restaurante San Miguel, and Pizzería Los Campeones. When you go down, it's very easy to get a cab or call an Uber. I never needed any other transportation. The apartment and building are very clean, with efficient elevator service. The view is excellent and it is very well sealed without external noise. The bathroom is very clean with equally clean towels. There's a hairdryer. The apartment is spacious for two or three people. Two very good rooms.

The place was good. The host was very attentive. The place was ok. Has what you need for basic living. However, the apartment was a bit noisy from the street and the busses.
