Vacation rentals with lake access in Arabian Sea

Stay was comfortable. Host was very responsive 1. arranged water can on request 2. cleaned house when we extended our stay 3. prepared house as given in listing the place 1. peaceful green surroundings 2. we had a car so was easy to get around accessibility there are uneven surfaces and steps in entry so young kids and those with accessibility requirements should consider this when booking.

Perfect stay! away from the usual chaos

It was the perfect get away that we had in mind. The view from this stay was absolutely beautiful and the fact that this was situated on the river bank was simply amazing. The property has beautiful lawn area and has compound wall for privacy. Over all we loved the stay. If you are looking to relax in the slow pace of south goa, then this property is for you especially if you are traveling with family. I stayed at Robert’s house for three days with my parents, and I must say the place is quite spacious and absolutely clean. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, and there’s a gas cylinder in case you want to make a simple breakfast or some tea/coffee. Both rooms have air conditioning, which was a big plus. The location is fantastic—just a 2–3 minute walk from Ashwem Beach. There’s a supermarket, coffee shops, a wine shop, and multiple restaurants nearby, including beachside shacks. The beach itself is super clean and peaceful. Mandrem and Morjim beaches are also close by, though having a vehicle makes getting around much easier. Robert is an amazing host. He helped with everything—from receiving us to assisting with booking a self-drive car. He was always available on call whenever we needed anything. Just very helpful overall. Would definitely love to visit again!

Absolutely loved my stay at The 22, Bay Guest House in Canacona! The place looked exactly like the pictures — super clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The stay was really comfortable, and having private parking was such a big plus — made everything so easy and hassle-free. Perfect spot for a chilled getaway. Nowhere/Erehwon is a perfect getaway to spend quality time with your loved ones. The property is beautifully simple yet elegantly designed, and it lives up to its description and images in every way. I would love to visit again in the future. Since Nasik is known as the wine capital of India, and Ajoy and his co-host are passionate about winemaking, I’d suggest introducing a one-hour interactive session on winemaking. This could be a unique and engaging activity for guests interested in exploring the different grape varieties and the process of crafting fine wines. I booked this for my family who were visiting Dubai and highly recommend it. It is a well-decorated, clean apartment, suitable for families with children, with a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and amenities. The location is also outstanding, with cafes, supermarkets, and restaurants within walking distance. I also liked that the listing came with an underground parking space. The hosts were professional and very responsive, which made the entire process easy. Thanks for having us!

I had a fantastic stay! The host was wonderful, the location was spot on, and the flat was super clean. It would be awesome to have a microwave in the kitchen and a decent coffee machine, but honestly, everything else was perfect!

Single day stay just for downtime with our pet. Perfect place for two adults and a dog whose definition of bliss in life is getting to spend time quietly together. Lake was a lovely quiet walk. Everything was very clean and homely. Very touched by Amit and Caroline's special gestures to make us comfortable. I had forgotten odomos. They got their staff to go and get it for us in under 30 minutes. The pantry had all basic staples. All in all we are so glad to have taken this day off at Scotty's cottage

The location is amazing and friendly staffs. Cabins are clean and has very good view. Sandeep was helpful and catered for all our needs. something which can be improved is, there were lot of insects in the cabin.

I had a fantastic stay at this property hosted by Satyajit! The location is absolutely amazing—right in front of a dam, offering a peaceful and safe environment. I visited with my family, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Satyajit provided all the details clearly, gave timely instructions, and was always responsive. The dam has a beautiful sunset viewpoint and boating options, making it a great spot to unwind. Though I had a packed itinerary and couldn’t relax much this time, I’ll definitely book again for a proper staycation. The property itself is well-maintained, with a lovely lawn, good lighting, and security cameras for added safety. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the caretaker, Salim, was always ready to help. There are plenty of board games and outdoor activities provided by the host, adding to the experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

The terrace was the highlight for us - spent most of the time there. House is clean and tidy. In rains, we had few light outages but host had mentioned about it We ate at nearby restaurants but kitchen was well equipped. Peaceful place with nice lake views.

The place is right at the beach and near some of the finest hotels in Goa. The compound has multiple small other cottages which keeps the goa vibe alibe along with peaceful nature of south goa. the place is apt for 4-5 people and extremely clean and beautiful, surrounded by 2 pools and beautiful common area. Sophie as a host is perfect, communicates effectively and provides insights whenever you ask for help. she is very flexibtand friendly. this will definitely not be the last time i have been to her listing.
