We had a great time on Ameland & found the house super cool. Especially the very well-equipped kitchen with beautiful dishes has and liked it. The only thing we were missing personally would be a sun lounger in the garden, but that would just be a suggestion and not a criticism

Zilverduin is a beautiful house! The location was our favourite feature; within walking distance to a beautiful beach. Leonie was great with giving us tips about the area and things that were handy like rental bikes which got delivered straight to the house - what a luxury! A few things I would have liked to see though, would be: something to handle the mosquitos in the house and higher quality bedding items (the crib for the baby was below expectations for a house at this price point, as were the pillows). Other than that, the host was easy to reach. There is also a caretaker nearby to speak to incase of any emergency. The host also was kind enough to let us check in early and change our dates last minute all to accommodate our ferry times (which I highly suggest booking WELL in advance, ie weeks, if not months!). She also allowed my friends to bring their service dog even though we notified her late. All in all, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay with two families and our kids!

We stayed with our dog for a week in this apartment and had everything we needed to have a nice time here. We were able to relax, cook, barbecue and explore the surroundings here. We particularly liked the fenced garden and the outdoor seating. The central location in beautiful Hollum is perfect. Restaurants, supermarkets, bars and the beach are within walking distance. Especially with a dog just great!

The chalet is illuminated by soft outdoor lighting, showcasing its wooden exterior at night. A spacious deck with railings is visible, complementing the surrounding grass. Large windows reflect the warm glow from inside, creating an inviting appearance against the evening sky.

Very cozy beach atmosphere in the caravan!! Plenty of places inside and outside for 6 adults. Sleeping is tight for 6 large adults, the bunk beds are small. The sofa can serve as a bed, with tall adults that can offer a solution. Fantastic bicycles to borrow and all the attributes available for a wonderfully relaxed stay. Initial supplies and cleaning products are also available.

We felt very comfortable in Dorianne's place. The house is super nice, very spacious, great kitchen with enough equipment for 10 people or even more and comfortable beds. On request, we were allowed to come with 2 more guests than actually specified as the maximum for the accommodation, which we found very nice, even with that we still had more than enough space in the house. In addition, a great location, we would love to come back at any time.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and was very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we did not read that we had to bring our own bed linen and towels. However, we were able to borrow this from Antonia for a fee. Clear recommendation for this place.

Henk is a very friendly host and "De kleine walvis" is a beautiful and well-equipped accommodation. This was our second time here and, as always, we felt very comfortable. Thanks to the good weather, we were also able to use the outdoor area. The location is perfect for a quick trip to the beach with the kids. We'd love to come back!

The host is very nice always responded quickly or was on site if we needed help. The place is private and in a nice quiet area, for women with headscarf it is well suited. The sauna is also fun and you can relax here, as the bed is also very cozy. Bathroom clean - great That's good.

We were received very lovingly by Wietske. In the large garden you are surrounded by many animals. The garden invites you to linger. Every morning there were fresh duck eggs. Our dog felt very comfortable.

What a nice stay we had! Super friendly people. Beautiful place and very central location. We were with 2 young children and this was very easy to do! Certainly subject to repetition! Who knows, maybe next year!😉

The place and especially Goasse are just great. We had a stimulating coffee drink with interesting topics. The apartment is very central for all excursions and in a quiet area. The view from the living room in the evening sun is phenomenal. Everything is as described and lovingly furnished. Goasse has provided many little niceties, an abundantly filled fruit basket, red and white wine, a water container by the bed and not least a well-functioning bike. We had a lovely two-day weekend getaway with our children, aged 8 and 9. They absolutely loved it! The house was incredibly charming and peaceful. Despite the 0°C temperature outside, it was perfectly warm and cozy inside. We’re already thinking of coming back during the summer months to enjoy it again. The only downside was that the bed linens needed to be rented separately. We brought our own, but putting them on and taking them off was a bit of a hassle. :)
