Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Amazon River

Tarciso and Patrícia were very polite and gave us excellent instructions, always responding quickly. They were flexible with the check-in time and the environment is exactly as advertised. We very much like the accommodation and the way the information was passed, always detailed. The room is equipped with cutlery, plates, cups, electric kettle and dryer. In addition to having several cleaners available. We drank coffee on both days by paying directly to the hotel (45 reais) and was very fed up, with many options including tapioca and omelette made on time, but having the electric kettle was excellent for us to spend a little coffee in the afternoon. The hotel itself is well located, close to markets and the two largest malls in the region. I will definitely stay again when I go back to Manaus!

It's all very nice

The apartment was in a great location, just a short walk from the center and teatro amazonas. The unit was clean and spacious. The balcony was very lovely, and I enjoyed the views and the breeze that came in from the windows. The unit was in a hotel with great service and facilities, including a pool and small gym. Thais was very communicative and answered all our questions right away both during and before our stay.

Jessica was wonderful in every way. We can only thank you! The room, without a shadow of a doubt, is the best we have ever stayed in at Tropical and all designed, very well maintained. The bed is super comfortable and great pillows. Our stay was perfect!

We needed just one night to stay before we headed to our trip in the Amazon rainforest. This place was perfect for quick night’s stay. Easy to find and Guillermo also helped arrange an airport transfer for us. He was very helpful and responsive!

All my stay was top, very good, the hotel was excellent! Unica the only thing that left to be desired was the cleaning on account of the hotel, the maid did not pass broom in any day. Outside this was all 100%! Including the jacuzzi was top, it was worth it

It is not my first time staying at Mercure and I highly recommend it due to the location, amenities, swimming pool and gym. Karen's space was clean and organized, with all the appliances (cafeteria, sandwich maker, blender, etc.) for a traveler like me who likes to make coffee at home. Fantastic reception staff. Would recommend

The stay was wonderful! The cleanliness was impeccable, exactly as in the photos, the view of the beach was amazing and the pool was an experience apart, the hotel restaurant with delicious dishes and great service. Everything contributed to an amazing stay. I definitely recommend it and will return in the future!

The stay was great, the apartment was quite clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. The location is perfect, in a good and safe neighborhood, close to the mall and supermarket. Adriana was very helpful and friendly, making communication very easy. I highly recommend it.
