Our adventure begins at morning in Piazza della Calza in Florence at Bar d'angolo. We'll drive to our 12th-generation winery, Wich is not open to the public, in the gorgeous wine country of Chianti Classico DOCG Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin. Explore the farm with ours kinds pets like truffle dogs, cat, chickens and pig (prosciuttina) and winery whit the owner winemaker and learn about the history of this 12th-century artisanal winery. This workshop takes place at Carta Alta, an artisanal mask making studio that created many of the masks worn in famous film productions, such as “Gossip Girl”, “Fifty Shades of Black” and “Spider-Man Far From Home”. The experience starts with a brief explanation of the history of masks in Venice, focusing on the most significant models: the “Commedia dell'Arte" masks, the “Bauta” the “Moretta” and the “Dottore della Peste”. After this introduction we pass on to show you the main techniques we use in our craft when decorating the masks, mainly focusing on our signature: the “baroque technique”. We will prepare for you a wide range of paper-mache masks to choose from and our friendly expert team will assist you in the creation of the handmade masterpiece that you will take home with you in the end. There will of course be time to ask all the questions you would like, and we are happy to share our knowledge about this antique venetian craft and the explanations will be adjusted according to the age and the interests of the participants.And remember, if you want you can take pictures with your creation and our famous masks to share with your friends. During the 3-hour session, we will prepare 2 dishes FRESH PASTA and TIRAMISÙ entirely from scratch, guided by chef Paola. We'll begin by sourcing ingredients, emphasizing seasonality and freshness. You will acquire the skills to roll, knead, and shape a variety of pasta forms, such as: Tagliatelle, tortellini, pappardelle, ravioli, cappelletti and tortelli. From this selection, we will choose two formats to create two courses along with their respective sauces. Last but not least, you will also learn how to craft the most delicious dessert from Italy, the tiramisù. After preparing the dishes, you'll indulge in a 3-course meal, complemented and paired with wine. The recipes will be sent via email, allowing you to recreate the experience at home with your loved ones.

If you are looking for an out of the binaries experience to do something new and special, you are in the right place! I will be happy to make you experience the day-life of an artisan, bringing you inside a pottery factory and then discovering the feel of clay manipulating. We first will meet in my shop in Montelupo Fiorentino, opened for 20 years in a historical village known all over the world for its ceramic production. Montelupo is situated precisely in the middle of Pisa and Florence so it is easily reachable by train or by car in about a half-hour from both sides. It is a beautiful village and I hope you will love it as I do! From the shop we will go together to the factory where I will show you the cycle of production of Italian handmade pottery, telling you the history behind and explaining all the techniques. If you want, there is also the possibility to design and purchase something new that will be custom made for you by our artisans! After the factory, it will be your turn! We will go back to the shop where my father will be happy to teach you how to make your pottery piece. Don't worry if you never used a wheel, the course is funny and satisfying for everyone! And as icing on the cake your creation will be fired and shipped to your house, to have a tangible memory of the experience but above all to have a piece of Tuscany at home! We will discover together all the secrets of this ancient production. We will see the rooms where for decades the vinegar barrels rest and as still today this precious gold food is prepared according to an ancient family tradition that is handed down from generation to generation. If you want to learn something special while having a unique travel experience, come and try river surfing! There are different waves for all skill levels! Meeting at the wave, we'll get into the wetsuit, learn some basic rules within minutes. Right after that, you'll get the chance to spend 45min on the water. Changing afterwards again takes a couple of minutes and if you're keen we finish of by having some tea or beer in my favorite little cafe close-by. Other things to note - you need to know how to swim - not kidding: I had people interested who were not able to swim and still wanted to surf...

This experience will offer you the opportunity to approach the “sacred stone” that  accompanies our work and our lives, shape the Marble by involving all 5 senses: observe the matter, recognize its facets, follow its evolution and enjoy its final transformation, caress it, let it talk to you and guide you in the process, smell its aromas of sun and rain moss. Moisten your lips at the end of the day: you will discover that it will taste new. We'll find us at the meeting point, a place really close to the lab, we'll reach togheter the workshop's area where you'll meet the master sculptor Marco. After the introduction by the master sculptor, who will accompany each participant in the activity, we will proceed to a brief but complete sculpture experience: you will try to work a piece of marble with manual and pneumatic tools. we will have breaks during class hours where you can drink coffee, water or tea, use the toilets, take pictures. Once you become familiar with the subject, you will dedicate the last minutes to the engraving of a marble scale that you can take away as a souvenir of the experience! We will welcome you on board and first of all we would like you to relax on our comfortable and wide Italian wooden boat "Atma". We will smoothly move along the cost in the calm water of the lake, enjoying some drink and watch some amazing private villas and gardens, visible only from the lake. We will visit this magic Island Comacina where we will tell you some story... Then we will pass in fron of Villa Balbianello, Villa Cassinella, Villa Balbiano and many others. Stopping in some special corner you can enjoy some prosecco, get the sun, swimm and relax. After that we will go back at the starting point. In case there is no availability on the calendar try to contact me anyway, we may find a solution for you! The cruise will be subject to the weather conditions. In case of storm we could go back to the port earlier or don't even start sailing.

With my small open and comfortable 6 meter motor boat, exclusively for you, we're going to enjoy the sunset in the lagoon, in my opinion the best time to appreciate it, starting from the residential area of Cannaregio, and then sailing to the northern lagoon in the Burano and Torcello area, where you can admire colors and a pristine lagoon, tasting a prosecco doc from our area. In the northern lagoon we will discover unexpected corners, in the area near Burano, breathtaking views and a magnificent sunset view over Venice, until our return to our meeting point.

Together we will spend some hours at Tananei farmhouse, our paradise on hills surrounded by olive trees, in the most genuine Tuscany. We will make a "walk" through the EVO Oil world, exploring the entire process from cultivation to olives harvest, transformation at oil mill and finally conservation. Then we will have a real walk among our olive trees to start recognizing the different kind of olives. You will have the chance to admire a beautiful landscape, where you can see all the beautiful nature Tananei farmhouse is surrounded by. After that we will introduce you in the charming world of professional oil tasting, as done by the official testers (oil sommeliers). At the end you will enjoy an unforgettable DINNER (together with red wine of the area) where Tuscan specialties will be flavored with different kind of EVO Oils , so that you can start learning how to combine EVO oils with food. The dinner will be served alfresco, among the olive trees or in front of our crackling fireplace depending on season. Although the course is managed by professional of the EVO Oil sector, it will be a funny experience in an informal setting. At the same time it will be a UNIQUE experience because we are among the few to be EVO Oil producers + official EVO tasters + restaurateurs!

We will take off from Mount Niederbauen for a Panorama flight (10-20 minutes) in Emmetten. If it's possible we will try to flight over the peak of Niederbauen. From there you have an amazing view over the lake Lucerne and to Gotthard, the main reach of the Alps. We can choose other take offs like Engelberg or Biehlen. It always depends on the wind for this day. There are a lot of different landing and takeoff places around. This is the reason cause Swiss is one of the best countries for paragliding and "hike and fly" tours. We can take off and land almost everywhere if the landowner allows it. The basic requirement for the start is that the passenger is able to walk a few steps because we have to accelerate for the start in order to take off. The landing is relatively easy, as the pilot and passenger straighten up and take a step before touching the ground. After landing there is the possibility to have a look and purchase photos and videos (cost 30 franks extra) made during the flight by the pilot. Other things to note: Costs for cablecar, parking, transfer are NOT INCLUDED to the price. Paragliding is not an extreme sport in Swiss by the opinion of the insurance. The possibility to get hurt is much lower than with skiing or driving a motorbike. There are more than 14000 active pilots in Switzerland.

Together we will discover the Prosecco Hills... beautiful places of my childhood, where I used to run freely around the vineyards! In the morning, with me and my husband, we will visit a winery located in an area with a beautiful scenery, where we will learn all the secrets of Prosecco wine making and taste some glasses of this famous sparkling wine! We will then visit a local Osteria lost in the middle of the hills, and will have an aperitivo in front of the vineyards, while listening to the delightful singing of the birds! We will meet my family, while enjoying a typical lunch in our family owned osteria, where traditional dishes are prepared using our grandma's recipes, and where the typical "spiedo" meat cooks slowly near the fire! All desserts are home made by my brother and are really a sweet end of a delicious 4 courses meal! We will visit a second winery, where we will meet friends that run a very high quality DOCG Prosecco winery and produce wines using ancient types of vines and lots of passion! Finally, in summer time only (Apr to Oct), there could be the possibility of enjoying a unique picnic experience in a stunning area in the middle of the vineyards.

We will meet close to the Porta al Prato Florence train station. I will then take you to a 500 year old wine cellar to taste the best Tuscan wines and learn the secrets of wine making.
