Beachfront vacation rentals in Alps

Unkompliziert, sehr freundlich. Toller Ausblick aufs Meer, kurze Wege ins Zentrum. Da wir Anfang-Mitte Oktober dort waren, ist der Ort bereits recht still und es hat nicht mehr alles geöffnet, aber wer Ruhe mag genau das richtige. Lukas Mama wohnt nebenan und hat uns mit einer Schale voller frisch gepflückten Mandarinen empfangen. Sehr nett!

Sehr nette ,saubere Unterkunft in dem ruhigen Ort Betina, vom Vermieter hat alles bestens funktioniert, Wünsche wurden sofort erledigt. Natürlich gibt es zu dieser Zeit ( November) nicht so viele Anbote von Restaurants, etc, aber in Murter gibt es um diese Zeit auch sehr gute Restaurants, und die sind ja in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Jedenfalls top! Gerhard

Place was so nice and modern, the area around is beautiful. Definitely one of the best views from the balcony of the sea and houses. Villa was clean, with nice accommodations. Surrounding area is very peaceful and relaxing with a nice rural village and nice locals, other towns are just a bus ride away and definitely worth a visit. Overall, very relaxing and the balconies are perfect. Would come back again.

We had a great time on our holiday at the house in Levanto. The place has a beautiful view at the town, with lots of hiking trails and destinations in the area. The centre of Levanto is a little gem with the beach, shops and cafés.

Wir (Paar mit Hund) haben von Ende Mai bis Anfang Juni wunderschöne 10 Tage im Bungalow G4 von Ana und Ivan verbracht. Die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Auch, dass Föhn, Wäscheständer, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine etc. vorhanden waren, war sehr praktisch. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, großem Kühlschrank (mit TK-Fach), Kochfeld und alles was man zum Kochen braucht (Teller, Kochtöpfe, Pfannen, Käsereibe, Flaschenöffner, Sieb etc.). Grundlebensmittel wie Zucker, Essig, Öl, Gewürze sind selbst mitzubringen. Ist aber kein Problem - es sind einige Supermärkte in der Nähe. Nachts schliefen wir bei gekipptem Fenster und konnten dem Meer lauschen. Die Terrasse mit direktem Blick aufs Meer war ein Traum! Ana und Ivan sind sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeber. Sie reagierten immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten und erkundigen sich mehrmals ob alles passt oder ob wir etwas brauchen. Sie gaben uns Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants, ... Fazit: Besser geht's nicht! :-

Die Wohnung war sehr schön mit einer unbeschreiblich schönen Aussicht auf das Meer vom Balkon und sogar vom Bett aus. Das Haus besitzt einen direkten Eingang zum Fußweg am Meer und hat einige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Der schöne Paclenica Nationalpark ist nur wenige Minunten entfernt. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We had a fantastic 9-day stay at Boba's little paradise in Peroj. The highlight for us was how pet-friendly the place is - our three dogs had the whole yard to run around in, and the nearby dog-friendly beach was a huge plus. It's not easy to find such welcoming accommodations for pets, so we truly appreciated it. Boba and her family were incredibly friendly and supportive throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even treating us to some delicious local food and drink. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend Boba's place for anyone looking for a peaceful, pet-friendly getaway.

L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato da poco ed i due bagni sono muovi. La cucina è fornita di tutto quanto è necessario. L'appartamento ha un accesso privato al mare e vengono forniti anche i lettini per il mare. C'è un bel terrazzo con un tavolo e le sedie per mangiare fuori. Il mare è bellissimo. La posizione è molto tranquilla, forse l'unico problema è la distanza dai paesi, i supermercati più vicini sono a più di 20 minuti di automobile. Il papà di Anna è stato sempre gentilissimo con noi e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Esperienza molto bella.

A little piece of heaven! We loved staying here. The location was stunning with amazing views and right by the sea. We enjoyed swimming in the sea. It was a bit cold but the water was totally clear and we saw lots of fish. The mobil home is simple, but very clean and practical. The area is great for walking and hiking. And with a car there are so many great places to visit.

I can recommand Dragans place, as he is a great host, the place with pool is really nice and there is so much do do and explore in this area! I will come again!

The place was exactly how it was described in the picture with an amazing view from the balcony. The beach, shops and restaurants were a very short walk from the apartment and felt very safe walking at night. The apartment was also very spacious with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The throw rugs were also a massive bonus.

Location and surroundings are amazing and we really loved staying there with our family of four. The pool is great and the kids spent a lot of time in it, especially due to the heatwave. Views from the balcony are awesome as well. Maybe the kitchen could be a bit better stocked in the future with basic stuff like oil, salt and pepper, and I’m sure Hrvoje would have supplied that to us had we requested, as he was super helpful and responsive. There’s a big supermarket called Plodine a 5min drive away on the big road. Overall, a heavy recommendation, although please note that you’ll want to have a car here as there’s a bit of a drive to get around.

Die Villa ist wunderschön und sieht in echt sogar noch besser aus als auf den Bildern! Es gibt alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man braucht. Der Pool ist beheizt und daher immer nutzbar - zudem ist das Meer ja ohnehin direkt nebenan. Der Gastgeber war super nett, proaktiv und zuvorkommend. Sie haben uns herzlich empfangen, das ganze Haus gezeigt und mit Tipps zur Seite gestanden. Insgesamt war die Villa jeden Cent wert!

Das Haus war wirklich sehr schön und wie auf den Bildern, außerdem waren die Gastgeber extrem freundlich und haben immer sehr schnell reagiert und geholfen. Ich würde diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Great place to stay. When we asked for a second cot for our two babies, Anastasija made sure that we have everything we need.

Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt für unseren Urlaub. Direkt am Strand, ruhig und trotzdem waren Ausflüge nach Zadar oder in den Nationalpark noch schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Dragica war sehr freundlich und immer schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und der Grill auf der Terrasse unten hat uns den ein oder anderen Abend verschönert 😊.

Wir waren 8 Tage in dem Haus. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina war großartig. Sie hat sehr schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert, hat uns mit den Tipps für die Gegend geholfen, war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Mathieu and Sophie's beautiful home! They're backyard is a perfect spot to relax under the tree and overlook the ocean. It's also a perfect spot to watch the beautiful sunrises. The home is very modern with very high tech controls but able to quickly learn due to their very well written instructions. The ability to play music from their built in speakers was a nice touch. Having a private parking spot was very helpful since we had a car. We loved the neighborhood, close to bakeries, a bocci ball park, and not far from restaurants and shopping. But far away enough from the city center for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Thank you to Mathieu and Sophie for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Internetes szálláshely foglaláskor nagyon ritka és kiemelkedően jó dolog amit itt tapasztaltunk: a szállás leirása alapján (fotók és szöveg) elképzelt helynél egy sokkal csodálatosabb ingatlanba érkeztünk. Minden úgy volt, ahogy le volt irva, csak még jobb: látszott, hogy folyamatosan gondozzák, fejlesztik a helyet, mind bútorzatban, mind a kertben és más kinti terekben. Egy kis gyémánt ezt a hely egy nyugodt, békés öbölben a vizparton. A házigazdánk nagyon segitőkész volt, mindenben segitett és nagyon kedvesen, türelmesen tűrte kérdéseinket, problémáinkat, mindent megoldott. A környezet rendezett, a szomszédság csendes és békés, itt tényleg lehetett nyugodtan pihenni és relaxálni. Külön kedvesség volt a házigazda által tulajdonolt vizi sportszerek felajánlása használatra tartózkodásunk alatt (pl. SUP), erre nem is számitottunk. Mindent köszönünk, csak igy tovább!

We have spent 6 nights in this beautiful place. Although there are many excursion possibilities on Lake Garda, we only went away once because we wanted to enjoy every minute in the garden, on the private beach or in the Jacuzi. It was the perfect place for us to relax and simply do nothing. We were warmly welcomed by Giampaolo and his mother, who lives downstairs. She gifted us several times with something she had baked herself. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking or making a barbeque in the garden. We would definitely book this Airbnb again!

Jag och min fru bokade denna fantastiska och minnesvärda villa tillsammans med våra barn och barnbarn. Det är inte ofta man blir berörd och upplever en vistelse mycket bättre än förväntat. Supporten från Marie-Laure och Barbara var utöver det vanliga på alla sätt och det var en fröjd och en trygghet att känna oss så väl omhändertagna. Allt i huset var prima, fräscht och höll väldigt hög nivå - pool, vy, terass med solstolar, uteplats med egen grill, kök och hela boendet i övrigt, det fanns absolut ingenting som fattades. Vi rekommenderar boendet med dess närhet till havet, omgivningen och färja till Saint-Tropez. Även de närliggande restaurangerna höll bra klass. Dessutom låg en mindre matbutik nära vilket underlättade. Anders och Lisa med familj 2024-09-22

Wir waren super glücklich in der Unterkunft und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. David und Izy waren so lieb, wir hatten bei der Anreise ein paar Probleme mit der Fluggesellschaft und sind daher erst nachts in der Unterkunft gewesen. Wir haben eine schöne Platte mit Essen in der Küche stehen gehabt, sodass wir uns in der Nacht direkt etwas essen konnten und am nächsten Morgen. Vielen lieben Dank dafür ! Die Wohnung ist super süß und es ist alles da was man braucht. Das Meer ist in 30 Sekunden erreichbar und man kann dort super schnorcheln und schwimmen. Wenn wir im Garten lagen, kamen immer nette Gespräche mit den Beiden zustande. Die Beiden haben uns gesagt welche Restaurants schön sind und wo wir noch hinfahren könnten. Einfach ein ganz toller Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder.
