It was a wonderful stay with Joakim, as it was last year. The house was very clean, well-maintained, modern and furnished with great care. The location is a dream come true for nature lovers. Joakim was immediately available for any questions and helped make the stay as enjoyable as possible. We will be happy to come back.

Nature gem in Värmland with lovely sea views

The house was large, with two lovely large bathrooms and good beds/mattresses. The kitchen was well equipped and with a good fireplace. The house is located with a beautiful view of a water and you see an old church at the end of the water. Lovely beautiful, peaceful and harmonious view. Nice hiking opportunities in the woods right on the other side of the road. Very nice little hike through the forest with irr green moss, and a lovely view of water, forest and sky at the top. If we had more time, we should have walked more along possibly around the water and looked at the cute Swedish living rooms and farms around the water. Thank you so much for your great follow-up from the host and for sharing this amazing place with us! We would gladly came again

Cozy wood cabin in the forest with amazing view!

This place is called ‘forest escape’ and it is exactly that: a beautiful and modern cabin in the middle of the woods. Handmade by the very friendly owners. There is a large home around 30 meters from the cabin, where you can cook and sit, have a hot shower or watch tv. There is also a really good coffee machine with free coffee the whole day! The cabin is private with a view on the woods, and there is a fire place outside and even an outdoor shower. The interior is so nicely decorated with sheep skin and a fireplace, really fits this place. In the main house is a mini shop so you can even take some handmade wooden souvenirs home. Maria, the host, gave us good tips to go and see in the area and she can be reached when you have questions or wishes. Dogs are welcome but not in the service house, in consideration of other guests. We’ve experienced that dogs aren’t allowed in shops or cafes in Torsby. Källberg Forest Escape is a fantastic place for nature lovers! 🌲

Idyllic, beautiful cabin with lots of space both inside and outside for our big family. There was both clean and a homey feeling with the possibility of borrowing board games when it rained and canoeing and rowboat when the weather was better. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Olga’s place was absolutely incredible! The apartment was spotless, fresh-smelling, and truly cozy we instantly felt at home. It’s been a long time since we’ve enjoyed a trip this much. The location is beautiful and peaceful, and the place has everything you might need. Olga was kind and flexible, Communication was smooth and easy throughout. Not much to say other than it was a great stay in great surroundings and Langlia did not disappoint. We felt at home from the moment we opened the door and sad the moment we left. Staffan was there virtually when we needed him and you can feel that he cares in all the instructions prior, upon arrival and during stay. Pleasure!

We had a fantastic weekend in Humletorp. It was quiet, peaceful and just what we wanted. The accommodation was clean and fresh, Grace was a communicative, helpful and professional host, who had also fixed a nice welcome basket upon arrival. Can recommend the place to anyone!

We stayed with a lot of pleasure in this beautiful stay of Amila and Amer. The location was beautiful, with the view as the highlight. We felt right at home in Linnea and Ted's lovely house. It is very tastefully decorated. The bus in front of the door will take you to the city in no time. The lake is close by. For the art lovers: definitely visit Sandgrund by painter Lars Lerin in Karlstad.

We had a great time in Ann-Maris and Peter's beautiful guesthouse! The accommodation has everything needed for a pleasant stay, with especially plus for the child-friendliness with swings, sandbox and trampoline. In addition, the treatment was extraordinarily nice and warm from the first moment on. Highly recommended for those who are going to visit Torsby and want to get down in laps.

The entrance features a view of a serene lake through an open door. A white railing enhances the view, which includes a lawn leading to the water's edge and a dock in the distance. Surrounding trees add a touch of nature to the setting.

We had a wonderful stay in Liljedal. It was perfect for visiting y family, peaceful, lovely walks, great little cafe on quay. We had to collect our car the day after our arrival as our train was delayed and Jacqueline very kindly took us to the car hire centre. She responded to any queries immediately and went above and beyond in helping us. We would love to return at some point.

Very nice and well-equipped house, both regarding kitchen equipment and for activities (toys, games and more). An absolutely fantastic location with space to hang out both in the garden, on the porch, jetty and inside the home. We were a large family and were also able to invite friends to celebrate a holiday.

We arrived at an Easter decorated, cozy and nice cabin with already heated hot tub which was very appreciated after many hours in the car. Even the Easter bunny had visited, which the kids really appreciated. We realized that we had forgotten the high chair for the smallest and sugar for the dessert but it was convoluted without the slightest concern. The kitchen was fantastic, with dishwasher and everything. We had cooked in advance so it was just to warm and we got a cozy Easter together. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

We had a lovely stay at Mjøsli - this cabin is perfect for department collection for a large bunch. The cabin is sheltered, and has an absolutely stunning view. The cabin has all the amenities and the beds were even prepared when we arrived. It was easy to connect to a TV screen to show presentations, and plenty of space for cooking, eating, and socializing, both outside and inside. Gunnar as a host made our stay great, he was proactive and followed us up both before and during our stay, always responding quickly if we had any questions. We are looking to return next year!
