Beautiful cabin in the most magical place. Can’t wait to come here again!!

We were a group of 3 families (8 people) with two children (4 & 9 years) and a dog. The hostess was very proactive before arrival and sent us good information, so you could find the place quickly and easily. Furthermore, the access was well cleared and easily accessible even without four-wheel drive vehicles! Upon arrival, we were very warmly welcomed and we received a short briefing. For any questions, the host was always there for you. The location simply invites you to come down and relax. Nevertheless, you are also quickly in the nearby village of See, where you can find restaurants, 2x supermarkets and of course the elevator. We felt super taken care of and would be happy to come back! You just have to see the home base!

Loved this warm, quaint home! The house has a charming, historical feel, but with modern convenience in all the right places. The town of Bad Tölz is lovely and located near fantastic things to do! We would visit again in a heartbeat!

Super cute cottage. Very clean. We had no personal contact with Cor Ort to Roberto, but everything still worked smoothly. Highly recommended if you want to go hiking in Leutasch and the surrounding area. We were also allowed to take our dog with us. Perfect for relaxing.

The vacation home had spontaneously appealed to us and was available in our desired time. It was important to us that our two little dogs were allowed. The communication was excellent from the beginning and we got tips from Sybille early on for arrival and activities. When we arrived, Jürgen, Sybille's father, showed us everything. Nothing was missing in the cottage, everything is available on about 25 square meters. The prospect of a ride on the miniature steam train had already aroused anticipation and in fact it then worked out - our eyes are still shining😊. It is a blessing to just sit in the garden and look or read a book. You can also leave the car behind, with the bus 159 you are mobile thanks to the digital guest card and can use many other offers. We liked it very much and would be happy to come back.

Everything worked out well and worked out. Something did not work, but the owners could not do anything about it. A caretaker quickly came by to offer help.

Very nice and super equipped cabin, we appreciated (especially our dogs) the outdoor space with a bbq. The area is great for various types of excursions. Simon is very kind and helpful.

Very cozy and clean accommodation, with everything you need for a few days of rest and tranquility. Winter sports and hiking opportunities at the front door. We felt very welcome and comfortable.

It was great. The children enjoyed it very much. The location was quiet and the children were able to occupy themselves well in the area.

I highly recommend this wooden wooden cabin with gas fireplace and all its location. Great bloick on the lake, quiet thanks to good insulation despite being close to the main road. Amenities leave nothing to be desired!

We completely calmed down and enjoyed the fantastic view - with a cup of coffee on the bench, while the children immediately found their way to play on the wheat meadow.

From hiking to sledding, everything was there. The property is a good starting point for hikes and greater shopping in a few minutes by car. Small mini market and bakery in walking distance. Large garden and beautiful sun terrace. Many nooks to sit incl. Sunroom. House is heated by oven, was warm and cozy.

Everything was just perfect. Very stylish, beautiful and modern renovation. Perfect cleanliness. Wonderful and quiet location. You will definitely not regret staying at this cottage. I wish Anna prosperity and all the best.

The place was very nice, we felt comfortable and enjoyed the time. A grill, microwave and softer mattresses would complete the accommodation and make it even better. Everything else was great. The hosts very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend it. Thank you very much.

We were two families with a total of four children. Everything was great! The apartment is very well equipped and Herbert is always supportive. Location: The Lech, Füssen and Forest Adventure Trail are within walking distance, and Lake Foggen is also around the corner by car.

We had wonderful days for 5 (children 10,6,2) in the alpine hut of Stefanie. Very cozy and quaint. Upstairs we slept fantastically, always cooked delicious things above the wood fire downstairs (2 E plates are available but were not necessary) and outside was played, built, sunbathing and of course hiking (beautiful Tux mountains in front of the door). The contact with Stefanie was excellent. We always got answers and information right away. Great. Thank you for this extraordinary experience.

There were three of us with a child over New Year's Eve and we had exactly what we were looking for. Four days in a cabin on the mountain with sledges and wood stove. With the sled, we were able to hike through winter landscapes on a closed snow blanket and spend time without moving the car. The cabin is the most cozy place when it gets dark and you sit by the fire in the wood-paneled parlor.

The place was very nice and in a quiet environment. We had everything we needed available. we would definitely book this place again. The only criticism is that there is little storage space for the food. Otherwise nothing to complain about! Someone was always available for questions and very cheerful. Highly recommended
