The staff here are just terrific and welcoming! Always helpful and very kind. Even though my German is not good, they never hesitated to make sure they understood any of my questions! Stayed here for two weeks and found beds comfy and even the shower which can be difficult for me in EU since I'm kind of tall. They were super communicative before I arrived and always very responsive. Two mass transport options. Although this is a ways from Marienplatz, getting there by S Bahn or tram was easy and fast (20 mins). If you stay here, walk around the Nymphburg palace grounds, it is breathtaking in its beauty.

Muy cómoda habitación solo que no se parecía mucho a la del anuncio, independientemente de eso era muy cómoda y muy calientita la habitación para esa temporada de frío.

Had a great stay. The room was very clean and has a bus stop nearby that takes you to the city centre.

I'm going to start by saying that I've become quite picky as I get older. My accommodations have to super clean, quiet, and in a great location. I also tend towards fancy boutique-like inns, much to my dismay. Guess what! This is it and more. Ansitz Felsenheim is a family-owned inn where you get to know the family (Caroline, Benedict - you made our summer!) as well as the other guests. We hiked, explored and ate fabulous food cooked by Benedict. Make sure you sign up for breakfast as well as the weekly dinner. My daughter says it was her best dinner ever! In addition to incredible hiking just outside the back door, I sat outside with my book distracted by the most beautiful landscape - aka the Zugspitze which was constantly changing in colors. We spent several evenings enjoying the amazing Austrian spa downstairs in the inn! This place is fabulous. Don't look further. We can't to return - hopefully this winter for skiing. What a great AirBnb find!!!!!

AMAZING view. Loved being right on the river. Super convenient walking distance to everything. Stylish space, comfortable and cozy. Would highly recommend.

Das Acora Augsburg "Living the city" liegt etwas außerhalb von Augsburg in einem Industriegebiet. Da ich mit dem Auto auf der Durchreise war, war das für mich ideal. In der Nähe gibt es einen P+R (Oberhausen Nord), von wo aus man mit der Bahn in die Innenstadt kommt, wenn man nicht mit dem Auto fahren möchte. Das Zimmer war makellos und es gibt eine Bar und Kleinigkeiten zu essen zu kaufen (Pizza, Flammkuchen...).

Amazing place, it is exactly as stated We stayed 2 nights (family of 4) and took advantage of all that we available near by. You will enjoy it if you are active and use it as a base for adventures. Checking in was super easy, ski lifts and rental less than 100ft from your door

Great location near international train and bus. Close to the city centre. The room was great, clean and everything you need for a short or medium length stay

We had a wonderful stay at Maria & Jakob's hotel - the apartment was modern, cozy and impeccably clean, which is a very important criteria for me :) The bed was comfy, we had 2 bathrooms with a shower each (which was definitely very convenient!) and there was a balcony with a view of the mountains. The kitchen was quite small but had everything necessary to cook simple meals, and the equipment (induction hob, oven, dishwasher) was new and clean. There were plenty of dishes and utensils, a few pans and pots and even stuff like salf and baking paper, thanks for those! There was another great facility worth mentioning - a playroom downstairs available to guests free of charge. On a rainy day, this was a blessing, my 5-year-old kid spent hours playing with all the toys/ puzzles/ board games, they even had an arcade! Overall, you could feel this is a family place run with love and care so it feels very much like home. Definitely 5 stars, thanks and would definitely recommend to anyone!
