Fantastic apartment on the sixth floor, ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, with everything you need to have a good stay at the beach. The best is the terrace and its views. Well-located development with a good pool and parking. Kitchenware and appliances in good working order.

the apartment was nice we had very noisy neighbours for a week we were really nervous and on edge we will not be going back to el rincon cos of that and we really did used to like that area spoilt it

Myself, husband and 7 year old son had a great stay here. We were met by Patricia to check in and shown around. Always responsive on communication. Two minute walk to the beach- great location. Only issue was loud roadworks outside but obviously not the hosts fault. The apartment had a lovely homely feel to it. Highly recommend for a stay in El Campello.

A fresh and modern apartment with all the comfort that one needs. It was nicer than the pictures. Nothing to complain at all. If we go there again, I would book this apartment again.

The apartment was as described and Kim was easy to communicate with, both before and after the stay. Clean and tidy with all the equipment we needed. Great that there were also some toys that the 5-year-old got to enjoy. location with short distance to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Kim's apartment is a safe choice if you are going on a holiday in Torrevieja 😀

We had a great time. Beautiful apartment. What we liked, a great location, very authentic Spanish vibe around the area. My daughter loved the pool . Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Bus stop and good bus service nearby to head into San Juan De Alicante beach. (gorgeous beach btw). Large supermarkets all very close by the apartment . One supermarket is a few steps away. Could not fault the apartment, very well equipped. Comfortable beds. fresh linen. Maria was great for the restaurant recommendations. Would love to come back Charles & Maria.

I stayed at Izabela's apartment for a few days and I really liked it. I chose this apartment to relax and enjoy the beach, which is only a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is small and is suitable for single people or a couple. Izabela left me lots of things so I could feel at home, sunscreen, creams, perfumes, cleaning products, kitchen products and towels. Oh, and parking the car is also super easy. I highly recommend this apartment :)

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful beach condo! The unit was gorgeous, super clean, and had everything we needed. We loved the balcony and view of the Mediterranean Sea. The bedroom was very comfortable with blackout curtains to help you catch up on sleep at any time of day. Our hosts were very communicative and easy to reach. We also loved being so close to the Tram station with trains that came every 15 minutes. This is a very walkable area and also so easy to get into Alicante as well! We can't recommend this place enough!

Beautifully presented property with extremely accomodating hosts considering unforeseen circumstances of our own, resulting in the hosts needing to stay awake until 2am to check us in. Very good communication and made us feel very welcome! Overall, very pleasant stay. Thank you

Enjoyed a very good stay here in November 2024. Everything was as described / pictured, and Valentin is clearly very a organised host with everything we might need from bin bags to cooking equipment on hand and easy to find. Location is good for getting to the city centre (less than 20 mins on foot) or getting to places up the coast via tram (nearest stop less than 5 minutes away) and there is a decent range of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Worked really well for us , thanks Valentin :)

Thank you for the opportunity to spend a few nights at this wonderful place to stay. Not only is it nice but exceptionally well equipped as if we were at home. A sense of security is the private parking in the underground garage. If I wanted to, I couldn't believe anything, everything was great! The terrace and hot tub are perfect! A car is absolutely necessary to move around comfortably. I hope to be back as soon as possible ☺️

This is an amazing apartment right in the centre of Alicante. Extremely central and close to everything you would want, with amazing views over the marina, but still quiet in the evenings which is important. The building has so much character and such a lovely place to stay. The apartment is very well decorated with quality furniture and fixtures throughout. And so spacious - we felt completely at home and didn't want to leave. Olivier was very helpful with checking in and was everything we want from a host. If I could have given it more stars I would have! And if we come back to Alicante this apartment will be top of our list of places to stay. If you're considering this apartment then I can definitely recommend it.

Really clean, cozy place that was perfect for our visit to Murcia. 20min walk downtown Murcia. Great location close to pharmacy, supermarket...Mercedes was a great host!

Clean modern apartment. We especially liked the large balcony. The shower is also very pleasant. The handover with Barbara was very straightforward. The necessary utensils were available in the kitchen.

I can definitely recommend Max and his apartment. Great communication, always responds, willing to help, and you can also count on recommendations of places! The apartment is beautiful, modern, mega clean. You can feel very comfortable, and on sunny days you can spend the whole day on the amazing terrace! One of the best places I have ever visited! Stayed here for 10 nights. The apartment is located to the side of the driving range. The views are very nice of the course and surrounding area. We really enjoyed using the jacuzzi plus sitting in the sunny conservatory in the evenings. I would recommend this apartment to golfers or holiday makers - only 10 mins walking to bars / restaurants. The apartment was clean and checking in was very easy. We are hoping to return shortly. Best regards Russ

The apartment is very good, neat, with everything you need for cooking. They left us very nice details such as a vinito, water, cookies, coffeecito. The view of the apartment is stunning, my favorite place was on the armchair next to the window. The color of the water. The tranquility. We went in March, asique had very few people. At 500 meters there were places to eat and supermarkets. We didn't want to leave

Amazing new and spacious apartment, even more beautiful on the spot than in the pictures. With a beautiful view. Shops and beaches nearby. The hot tub on the balcony was a perfect addition. Would not have wanted to come away from that apartment. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Friendly and tidy host who welcomed us well. Responds quickly to messages and is always nice to do. Neat and tidy apartment that was simply equipped with the essentials.

Had a very nice stay. Dear helpful hostess, flexible with departure time. The neighborhood is a bit impoverished but not unsafe. Sometimes a bit noisy. Pub on the corner but bothered by it. Furthermore, it was excellent, lovely beds and shower. Everything you need is here. Close to public transportation. I'd recommend to anyone.

Very great, new apartment. Everything was as described. The location is really great. Not far to the beach. I would take this apartment again anytime and drive to exactly this area. Very nice and clean room, romantic and modern atmosphere, very comfortable mattress and truly spacious jacuzzi with air and water hydromassage. Pedro was very kind and super helpful, he gave us very precise and detailed information on check-in and how everything works and met our every need. The apartment has everything what you might need. It's spacious, very well equipped and the jacuzzi is just great. We recommend it!
