This lake front property is way better than what the pictures show. Ken and Suresh were amazing at hosting us. There's quite a bit of open space outside the house to hang out as a large group by the water. And multiple food options to order from Swiggy too, apart from the food cooked at home. Also, there are multiple things to do while here: Don't miss out on kayaking to the nearby island. Visit Marari beach and its shacks. Rent a houseboat, the jetty is close by. Overall, strongly recommend the place.

A memorable stay, we enjoyed every moment spent, walk in paddy fields, stroll and cycling by the river, the morning and evening boat rides. the best part was the complimentary boat pick and drop, my kids loved it. Had a wonderful stay ! The location is serene and right by the beautiful backwaters, which made for a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The property is private and quiet — ideal if you're looking to unwind away from the crowds. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the bathroom was also spotless with good water pressure and all the necessary amenities. Everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. Bicycles were provided, which was a lovely touch — we enjoyed riding around the area and exploring the surroundings at our own pace. The place is also easily accessible by road, so getting there wasn’t an issue at all. The kitchen comes with all the basic utensils you’d need for cooking, but do keep in mind that condiments and spices aren't provided. So if you plan to cook, it’s a good idea to bring your own ingredients. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

We had a fantastic time at Tranquil Waters. It is as named, an incredibly tranquil and relaxing place to stay, beautifully located projecting into the lake and surrounded by a lush garden. The house is very comfortable and we were looked after by both Geeta who cooks amazingly and Sumesh who can arrange boat trips and kayaking. This is all orchestrated by Jacob who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

The inclusive breakfast was plentiful and filled me up all day and cooked to my personal vegan tastes..nothing was too much trouble for Lili .. Helpful advice from Sreekumar on where to go and how to get there … Will definitely return again.

The place is right in the middle of the city and hence connectivity becomes very easy. The house is very clean and all the amenities are being properly manage right from the kitchen to air-conditioning etc. Highly recommend this place to everyone if you're going to Cochin.

It’s a beautiful villa right near the highways which made sightseeing much easier. And it was so spacious we couldn’t find time to explore everything within the house. There are less restaurants nearby on Swiggy but still we can order food. Local attractions like boating, beach and railway station are all 10-15 mins away. Host is responsive and within a call away when needed.

We had a great stay at the accommodation. Beautiful setting, very peaceful on the waters edge. Host was able to arrange Shikara boat rides and provide guidance on water activities as well as massages. The staff on site were so accommodating and polite. The food prepared by Ajay was very good. I will recommend this place.

A very nice location with a beautiful view. Place is well kept and the host is friendly and responsive. He was very flexible with check in and check out timings too. The only issue I had was a bad stench which was off putting. Hope Mr Nandan fixes it soon. I would definitely recommend this place
