We loved this place, so spacious, modern and clean! Host was always very responsive & gave clear instructions. We were able to borrow an iron upon request which was brought to us within minutes. The heated pool was fantastic! I miss it already. Nice quiet area with total privacy. Best to have a car if you’re staying here. We would recommend this accommodation! :)

Naseer was an extremely helpful and accommodating host. He went above and beyond and made us feel very very welcome. He even checked in occasionally to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. if you're looking for a quiet getaway in Oman then look no further! Strongly recommend!

Munta’s chalet is a perfect place for who is looking for peace, quality time and wants to enjoy nature. The villa looks like what photos show. We were 8 adults and 3 kids. I think that the perfect number (considering the number of bedrooms) is 6/8 persons Munta has been super disposal and he has satisfied our single request. I recommend it!!

The property is clean, the location is great and has many hypermarkets/mall and restaurants around. The secondary bathroom is small for an above average built person; kitchen could be better equipped and side tables could be a plus for the second room with twin beds. Salim is very responsive and was always available on text. He accommodated our late check out request which is very nice of him to do. Overall I would recommend his place.

The house was better than our expectations, the pool and hot tub are even bigger in reality. The room was clean, everything was great, clean kitchen, clean pool, we had a little problem with the air conditioning but Mohamed found us a solution and had it repaired right away, he is responsive to all our messages, he is really the best of hosts. We decided to extend our stay so peaceful! Thank you very much to Mohamed. You can rent without a second thought. Thank you so much!

Exceptional Experience – Everything We Wanted and More! We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Adil's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. That home was really cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal – just opposite the mall, nearby restaurants & nature spots – and we loved how easy it was to get around. It was also super quiet and peaceful, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. Our host, Adil, was incredibly friendly and went beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He provided great local recommendations, and we truly felt like we were treated as guests, not just renters. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, adventurous, family-friendly vacation spot. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area. Our stay at Badar's place was unforgettable. The villa was even more beautiful than in the pictures: breathtaking, spacious, beautifully decorated and unprecedented luxury with complete privacy. I have travelled a lot and booked villas, but this was by far the most beautiful experience ever. Badar's service was extraordinary. As we arrived early with children, he had stocked the fridge with groceries. The villa felt like a private mini-resort: a discreet employee stayed in a separate annex and helped us where needed even with running laundry. Everything was taken care of to the last detail. This tastes like more – we are guaranteed to come back! Badar is the perfect example of hospitality and I highly recommend this villa and its service to everyone.
