Vacation rentals with lake access in Agios Nikolaos

We spent an incredibly beautiful three weeks at Villa Olga. Together with my husband and 10-month-old daughter, we were able to immediately feel at home and enjoy the vacation right away. The house is located on a road, but that doesn't bother you. The location and proximity to the sea are great and the house is well equipped. We lacked nothing, from a jukebox, TV, kitchen appliances, etc. everything was there. We particularly liked the kitchen equipment, as we like to cook a lot and this was definitely possible here at Olga's. The hot tub on the roof, the outdoor shower in the "garden" and the luxury of 2 bathrooms made our stay perfect and the farewell all the more difficult. We can highly recommend Olga's villa and hope to be able to vacation in this beautiful house again next year :)

Such a beautiful place, we felt we were in paradise. We took our own food so didn’t try the taverna but enjoyed dinner with a beautiful view every night and two nights we lay back a star gazed for hours on the deck chairs. Communication with Eleni was great, and she was also available at all times. Raki and fruit were available. Plenty of towels are also available. The beds are comfortable. We were very pleased with the apartment, there was nothing to complain about. Eleni also came by to ask if everything was okay and brought us some cookies. She is also available at any time for tips and advice on what to do in the area. If we are there again, we would book the apartment again. Thanks for everything

Nadine house was lovely, right on the beach and 100m from shops and restaurants. Our flight was delayed by 4 hrs and Constantina was super helpful and left the keys somewhere nice and easy. She always responded straight away to any questions, gave very helpful advice on places to eat and things to do. The house was lovely, clean tidy, good amount of utensils for cooking. We were lucky enough to have been left a cake, honey, home grown oranges, raki and olives. All seriously delicious. There were 4 of us and the house was easily large enough and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place and Constantina as a host.

We had a wonderful stay at this property from 8/26/24 to 9/10/24. We arrived and wanted to see what is available and what we might have to buy. There were ice batteries available, filters for the coffee maker, salt, pepper, oil, some pods for the washing machine, aluminum foil, etc. The bed was freshly made and there was also an iron and ironing board. The accommodation was very clean! The dishwasher was not in operation, which did not bother us, as we had little to rinse with two people every day. Direct neighbors have a small supermarket where you can find everything for everyday needs. However, we drove to Lidl 10 minutes away every week. The beach is 5 minutes away by foot. Voulisma Beach is a sandy beach. On the left side of the beach there are loungers for 15 euros per couple, on the right side for 25. Air conditioning ran perfectly. Quiet location in the village.

Amazing stay in your accommodation and the village of Avdou, couldn't recommend the house enough, very clean and lovely bedding and towels! Courtyard was lovely private space to sit and relax together with family. Lovely friendly village we were given lovely cake from one of the neighbours. We will defiantly back to stay! We loved the view of the lake and the sea. It is really worth booking over the rooftops and enjoying. Not without reason, so many people are traveling around the lake in the evening. Maria also has very good recommendations where the Cretans are also happy. Thank you for that too.

Dionysis was very responsive on very short notice. We arrived in Agios Nikolaos with no accommodations(the one we booked fell through). We booked online and were checked in within the hour. It made our stay in Agios Nikolaos relaxing and fun!

Everything was good! Well-equipped apartment and an excellent host! We recommend with confidence!

Fantastic location and views, right in the center, with the corresponding noise pollution especially on Saturday/weekend (80s/90s disco bar, live concert outside, late returnees). For such a central location, it was quite OK. For noise-sensitive people, however, it is not good in season. Ideal for excursions in the area at the harbor, bus stop right in front of the house, tourist office and taxi stand 50 meters away.

Fantastic apartment, just in the city center with a fantastic view to the lake. It is placed right on the pedestrian street. All you need in walking distance. Gianna was a brilliant host, helpful and quick to response. Can only recommend Gianna and the apartment.

Kostas and Maria were absolute gems!! Their place was amazing and my son and I enjoyed our stay very much!! It was just what we needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of our travels around Greece with gorgeous views and scenery!! If you’re considering booking I would say do it because you won’t regret it!! There are a couple of hiking places near buy but I would definitely recommend renting a car to get around because this place is in the mountains.
