Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Agios Dometios

The apartment was clean, functional and exactly what we needed for our stay in Nicosia. The location in Engomi was also perfect in a quiet street. Highly recommended!

The flat was better than it looks in pictures, kerim was extremely helpful from the min I booked till I checked out. I recommend this place and Kerim.

We loved staying at the location, there was a nicely sized living room, a nice balcony for having your coffee in the morning! Kitchen had everything we needed utility-wise. Bathrooms (2 toilets, one with a shower) were clean and had fancy mirrors. ACs were working great (even though you don't really need them at night, the air is great!) The host was very communicative if we had any questions. Nice big TV in the living room if you want to watch some Netflix or bring your own Nintendo Switch etc. for some games. We had a great time and I would recommend checking this place out for yourself. We will definitely consider this location when we travel again.

It was a very nice place for a short stay in Cyprus

The place is clean & tidy fresh bedsheets smelled clean with disinfectant also had small Gym. Very bright & light coloured wall paint. Nice decorative order throughout very noticeable piano in the front living area.

Beautiful place at a convenient location. We needed to stay close to the hospital and this was a great location. The area has an atm, coffee shops, and supermarket within walking distance. Mall of Cyprus is a few minutes away. The apartment itself looks recently renovated; it’s a huge place and our group enjoyed the spaciousness. It was easy to get deliveries and we managed to cook and bake as well. It has the most gorgeous view of Nicosia, the place is gorgeous sunrise to sunset. Beds were comfortable and we slept well with plenty of pillows and blankets to stay warm. There are several sofas to socialize as well. Tatiana and her husband were very kind, accommodating, we had a few hiccups during which they were easy to reach and helped out. Only tip is that the lights in the entry and hallway need to be turned on manually so first few days we didn’t know and navigated in the dark until one of our delivery drivers used it. Overall highly recommend!

An apartment that meets the needs. Location is central, price is good

This was our second stay, and we enjoyed it. The location and facilities are excellent, and the laundry dryer is a convenient feature. There are nice views from the balconies, and you might even spot a full-size rainbow 🌈 after a shower. The host is very responsive, and the neighbor is kind and a pleasure to interact with. Overall, a fantastic place!

Absolutely charming, comfortable house filled with beautiful collections, every where you look something interesting to look at. Paolo is a lovely host, very responsive and helpful. The bed and couches all super comfy. Stayed here a month and hope to be back!

Elena was very helpful in a difficult time we were visiting my husband each day in hospital. The house was very comfortable and the beds the same..It was very spacious with a nice feel about it lots of different areas to sit.We had a small problem which was resolved immediately. There was lots of lovely bits left in cupboard from previous guests and a bottle of water in the fridge for us.Take lots of mossie repellent we got badly bitten in the garden lots of bushes and plants and surrounding trees etc.The area was nice to walk with lots of places for coffee a great little park 10 mins walk the museum close by. There is a school behind property which they constantly ringing the bell ! but it didn't really bother us.Lots of places to park and a nice area .Thank you for hosting us in difficult circumstances.

Theodora is a wonderful host, always responding quickly and politely. Her apartment is very artistic. It is beatifully decorated and has a yard at the front, where you can enjoy your coffee. Many bakeries, super markets, and restaurants are nearby. The city center is easily reached by bus or taxi. Totally recommend it!

We are so happy with our stay. This house was something incredibly special in Cyprus- a perfect blend of traditional historic Cypriot and modern. We had great relations communicating with the lovely property manager Panayotis. Would definitely stay again!

50 meters to the main street, 50 meters to the grocery store in Nicosia, very close to the Gönyeli circle, so our transportation was very comfortable. Ms. Zeynep's kindness was a huge plus to reach her almost every hour and answer our questions. Most importantly, we felt the cleanliness of the house and the amenities like our own home, you can keep it carefree in every way. A spacious house, pillows and linens are very clean, which we liked the most, was that it was hygienic, and we did not experience a single negativity. Highly recommend, you can keep it without a second thought.

I like Tasoula's place and I prefer to stay here when I am in Lefkosia. The place is very close to the Cyprus Institute, and it is a very peaceful and quite place. This time I was together with my kids, it was super place staying in this place, so they can also enjoy the outside. The house has everything that you need. Our family stayed in this house for ten days . There were questions about cleanliness at check-in. After communicating with Jeanette, they learned that she changed the cleaning company, and the company did not treat its work in good faith . All issues were resolved and nothing else overshadowed our stay . Quiet , stylish place. The apartment , especially in the kitchen, has everything and even more . The swimming pool has a swimming pool . However, in the evening, we saw how local dogs were splashing there. The territory is green and well maintained . The beach is in 5 minutes walk , equipped with sunbeds and shower . This bay is very shallow , good with small children , not quite comfortable for an adult. A wonderful turtle beach with clean and warm water is 20 minutes away. And if you are lucky on it, you can watch volunteers at 20 00 release small turtles into the sea . The store is a kilometer from the house , you can easily walk . The supermarket offers all the groceries . I want to say thank you to the hostess for everything .

Had an excellent stay! We were moved to a different flat due to some repairs, but Christos was excellent with communication and explanation and made the process very smooth. Lovely interior, just what we were looking for. Would stay again!

The studio is completely as advertised, very clean and with all the essentials! Easy to access by car, with parking available in the parking lot opposite. I recommend it!
