Join me for a traditional Provençal cooking class at my XVII century family farmhouse. We will meet at my house at 10am. I will introduce you to this family place and talk about the history of this Mas (old farm in Provençal language) and the history of the region. Together, we will then prepare a four course meal (starter - main course - cheese - desert ) using seasonal and local ingredients. Some of them will come directly from our garden. During the class you will taste our Olive oil, homemade jams and of course local wines paired with the menu. Lunch will be prepared in my personal kitchen and will be served on a terrasse shaded by oak trees overlooking our Olive trees. We only use local and seasonal produce so the recipes will change with the seasons. Alongside Provençal recipes we also teach fusion inspired cooking, creating dishes that are inspired by local produce and spices from around the world. We will finish the class and lunch around 3pm. The farmhouse is located 45 mins from Aix en Provence and 50mins from Avignon, 45 mins from Saint Rémy de Provence, 10 minutes from the beautiful village of Lourmarin. Other things to note Please let me know in advance if you have any kind of allergies of dietery requirements. Keep in mind that this is an old building with many stairs.

I offer you a private photo session in the heart of Provence, with the famous Lavender plateau in Valensole as a backdrop. In the middle of the lavender fields, under my lens you will experience a unique visual and olfactory experience in a sumptuous setting. For 1 hour, I guide you throughout the session, to capture your most beautiful moments in a spontaneous atmosphere, whether you are alone, in a duo, with family or friends. This private experience takes place in a preserved area with for ethics the respect of the lavender and its environment. Experience available from mid-June to early August during the flowering period. Other availability on request.

Join me at the charming village of Châteauneuf du Pape at 10:00 AM for an immersive journey through time and taste!

Take a tour of a Provençal truffle plantation, learn how truffles are cultivated and truffle dogs are trained, and go on a hunt for France's elusive "black gold" with professional hunters who know all the tricks of the trade.  Tours are followed up with fresh truffle hors d'oeuvres, Champagne and a tasting of our organic olive and truffle oil, truffle salt, truffle honey with truffle ice cream. Other things to note Our clients either bring their own car, rent a car or hire a chauffeur/driver to come to our property. We don't have public transportation to our place. Uber & taxi are not available to drive you back.

Nous vous proposons une immersion au cœur de la première appellation de France. Laissez-vous guider tout au long de la visite, parcourez le vignoble et ses terroirs, percez le secret de l’assemblage et découvrez toutes les étapes qui jalonnent la production du vin. La visite débute dans les vignes, avec la présentation des caractéristiques du terroir du lieu-dit les « Saummades » à Courthézon (une des 5 communes de l’appellation). Vous poursuivrez dans le chai où toute la partie production est réalisée. À cette occasion vous verrez les différents matériaux utilisés pour l’élevage du vin avant sa mise en bouteilles. Vous découvrirez ensuite les principaux cépages que nous utilisons autour d’un parcours olfactif ludique et envoutant. Terminez cette visite autour de la dégustation de nos 3 cuvées de Châteauneuf du Pape (incluant notre cuvée exclusive de Châteauneuf blanc). Vigneron depuis 5 générations les Audibert ont souhaité faire du Jas des Papes un lieu d’accueil chaleureux et convivial accessible au plus grand nombre. Vous serez accueilli par le vigneron qui vous ouvrira la cave et le chai du domaine ce qui est unique. Vous pourrez découvrir à la fois le matériel et tout le processus pour faire un vin. Vous pourrez déguster les vins en élevage long de deux ans, gouter les différents cépages dans les contenants en inox, futs et demi-muids et faire l'atelier d'assemblage de ces cépages pour créer votre propre vin sur la base de votre propre gout. Vous repartirez avec votre propre bouteille et pourrez personnaliser votre étiquette en souvenir de cet atelier de découverte des vins du Côtes du Rhône. You will have a unique opportunity in Vaucluse to discover magnificent landscapes and the sensations of a Solex : The French vintage moped! When you arrive at the meeting point, you will choose your helmet and I will give a brief about using the Solex. Then we will start the excursion and ride through vineyards with a stunning view on the "Dentelles de Montmirail". We will return to our starting point at the end of the tour. The total duration of the experience will be around 2 hours.

L'Olivier d'Aur propose de vous immerger dans la Vie d'une ruche. Abeilles, faux bourdons, Reine, propolis ...venez vous imbiber de cette atmosphère sacrée en ouvrant une ruche et observant ses résidentes et résidents. La visite sera suivi d'une dégustation de miel ne vous faites pas avoir ...si l'envie vous prend d'acheter du miel, pas de CB! chèque ou espèce merci bzzz bzzzz De mi octobre à début avril il fait trop froid pour ouvrir les ruches , en revanche l'explication de la population de la ruche, son activité, ce qu'est la pollinisation et .....la dégustation de miel a lieu . La visite pourra être annulée si il y a moins de 3 personnes le jour choisi

All rides are led by a certified guide. We'll adapt the ride to the level, wishes, and experience of the riders. We'll prepare our horses together. After a few explanations, we'll head to the hills to get to the great scenic viewpoints. Other things to note I advise you to wear closed-toed shoes, long pants, and a shoulder-covering top.

Discover the city of Aix through the eyes of an artist, join Madeleine, a professional artist and art historian on this unique exploration of Aix! Dive into a full sensory experience of Aix as we discover the sights and sounds through our own colorful compostions. There will be three main sites where we stop to capture the beauty of the city. Step by step guided painting and drawing advice will be given. Walk away with your very own impressions of Aix and create a beautiful memory to look back on. No prior sketching or painting experience needed! This tour is suitable for complete beginners, those with years of painting experience and for anyone wanting to try something completely different. Themes include history, art history, architecture and painting and drawing guidance. A general historical overview of the city will be given as we go, as well as local tips on where to eat and what to see and do around town! 

Drawing and painting materials can be provided with the option to bring your own sketch book and choice of materials. Feel free to reach out to me with requests for dates and tours other than the ones already listed!

Le Baptême de navigation sur le Rhône est une balade en bateau sur le fleuve afin d'apprendre les bases de la navigation fluviale. L'embarquement se fait au Port de Vallabrègues. La première demi-heure est consacrée à l'apprentissage des termes nautiques (bâbord, tribord, proue, poupe, etc...) Ensuite, je vous indique comment lire le chenal de navigation ainsi que les différents panneaux de signalisation. Vous prenez la barre à tour de rôle jusqu'à la halte fluviale d'Aramon j'accosterai pour vous servir une collation. pendant la pause à quai je vous apprendrai les principaux nœuds de navigation. Enfin au retour je vous laisserai la barre tout en vous donnant quelques exercices à faire comme tenir le cap et communiquer à la VHF avec les bateaux croisés. Enfin en arrivant au port, petite révision des notions apprises durant l'expérience avant la remise du diplôme attestant la réalisation du Baptême de navigation sur le Rhône. Cette expérience ne constitue pas l'épreuve pratique du permis bateau. Autres remarques Le baptême de navigation sur le Rhône est accessible à tout public, la vitesse de croisière du bateau est de 10 km/h, il s'agit plus d'un moment de détente que de sensation forte. En cas de très fort mistral, de crue ou d'orage, la navigation peut être annulée jusqu'à 3 heures avant le départ.

Grab your camera and come with me discover the most beautiful lavender fields of Provence, just that! We will start the day with a world-known must-see: the Abbey of Senanque and its famous lavender fields! On the way to the abbey you will get the chance to enjoy stunning views of the village of Gordes, where we will stop a little later in the morning. In Gordes, stroll along narrow cobbled streets: every corner of this hilltop town offers panoramic views of rare beauty. Later, explore Roussillon's Ochre Path, a former ochre quarry converted into a park for the joy of hikers and photography enthusiasts, or simply take some time to walk through the narrow streets of the old village. After these visits, we will go off the beaten track: I will share with you secret lavender fields, that only locals (and my hosts!) can know. Having all this purple to yourself, that's unforgettable... In late July, during the harvest, you'll get the chance to meet lavender producers and watch over the distillation process. Before that time, it will be a pleasure for me to introduce you to the properties and history of the iconic flower of Provence. At the end of such an intense day, I will slowly take you back to reality... and we'll be back in Avignon at aorund 6 pm.
