Langmans Bothy is a self contained, converted barn sharing a drive with our home. It is neither attached to, nor visible from our home. It has a bedroom, shower room and loo, a living area which includes a sofa, TV, WiFi internet and a small kitchen area with a kitchen in a cupboard which contains a fridge, two ring hob and sink. There is a separate combi-oven and a small fridge/freezer. There is a south facing terrace with a table and two chairs overlooking our garden. There is no EV charger

Lovely Studio Apartment with Off-road Parking

Self contained studio apartment with private entrance at the front of Aloha. Located in a quiet part of town at the top of the hill, it’s a scenic 5-10 min walk down to the town where you can enjoy the coastal views, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Guest parking is off-road with additional space for trailer storage by separate arrangement/cost. The room is equipped with a small kitchenette and an en-suite with shower. If you cannot manage the hill back up, please ask if you would like a lift.

Imagine relaxing on the patio, or lounging in the wood fired hot tub overlooking our beautiful fields and gazing up at the stars. Enjoy stunning countryside views with a short 5-10 minute walk into the town of Kingsbridge and a short drive to the seaside towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth. No smoking indoors please.

The Boathouse Kingsbridge - a perfect retreat for two people. Thoughtfully designed and equipped for a comfortable, relaxed break. Sunny patio with glimpses through to the estuary. Off-street parking. Just under 1 mile from Kingsbridge town centre. Great pub 9 mins walk away. Salcombe, Dartmouth and Totnes only 15-30 mins drive away. Sandy beach 15 mins away. Spectacular coastal walks on offer nearby. Weekly bookings during the summer, 3 night min stay at other times. Sorry, no long term lets.

Situated on a working dairy farm between Hope Cove and Thurlestone but only 5 miles from Salcombe and 4 from Kingsbridge. Spacious private cottage near the sea and Salcombe

Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.

The living, dining and well equipped kitchen, are all open plan. Perfectly positioned in heart of the Thurlestone, with a pub and shop on hand, Treburrick is within easy walking distance of beaches, coastal walks, a links golf-course and surfing at Bantham. A small dog is accepted when you stay with us.
