Welcome to a newly renovated accommodation with very good communications to central Malmö and Copenhagen. In a few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we have taken care of every square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The property - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

Our apartment is located very central in a calm area close to the old city and the center of Malmö. There are many bars, restaurants, shoppings, museums, parks in a short distance walking. Only 5 min walkt to the traen Sub-station of Triangel and from there it takes only 20 minutes to Copenhagen Airport and 35 minutes to the center of Copenhagen in Denmark.

Just 150 meters from the Moderna Museet Malmö, you can tour the entire city from my beautiful apartment.
