Enjoy the beauties of the island of Capri from the sea! You will sail on board , with a small group of maximum 12 people to discover the wonders of the most beloved island in the world. Let yourself be overwhelmed by the view of the famous Faraglioni, the numerous caves and its striking colour effects, the blue of the sea and the majestic cliffs of Capri. Jump in the crystal water of the island and enjoy limoncello. The tour starts from the meeting point at the port of Marina Piccola in Sorrento. During this experience you'll be able to immerse yourself in my family long time farm history. It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our cellar and garden where we'll pick some vegetables to use for the class. Then we'll jump to the kitchen and put our hands in the dough or, using an Italian expression, "mettere le mani in pasta". I'll explain and provide the ingredients needed, their proportions, the full process and methods included all the tricks and how to use all the necessary tolls. Il tour parte dal porto e si naviga verso est in direzione del Poetto, la spiaggia cittadina di Cagliari passando davanti a S.Elia, Cala Bernat, Cala Mosca e il vecchio stabulario, Cala Fighera dove faremo la prima sosta per il bagno se le condizioni lo permettono, la Grotta dei Colombi dove vedremo la faccia del Diavolo e dove verrà raccontata la legenda che da il nome alla Sella del Diavolo per arrivare alle piscine di Gasole dove le scogliere bianche sovrastano il mare cristallino color smeraldo del Golfo degli Angeli… se il mare fosse agitato e non permette la sosta lì si proseguirà sino alla prima fermata del Poetto dove le acque sono più calme Dopo una pausa per immergersi nelle acque del golfo per fare Snorkelling si riprenderà il viaggio per far rientro al porto. Un’esperienza di tre ore intense a contatto con la natura a bordo di una splendida barca a vela, confortevole, condotta da uno skipper esperto e accolti da una hostess che vi racconterà leggende e storia antica dei posti che vedremo lungo tutto il viaggio. Connect with ancient Rome on this special access tour of the Colosseum Dungeons, Roman Forum and Cesar's Palace. During the visit we'll uncover the Colosseum's dark 2,000 year history and gain restricted access to sites only accessible with accredited guides. At the Colosseum we'll skip the long ticket lines and venture into the dungeons, a labyrinth of passages, elevators, and trap doors which were used to bring gladiators and animals up to the arena floor, shocking and thrilling the crowds. Next you'll walk in the same steps as emperors, gladiators and doomed prisoners on the arena floor. The arena floor is where the Colosseum's violent games took place, and gives you the perspective of gladiators, as well as a great opportunity for photos. In the Forum, we'll visit pagan temples and tombs, the house of the Vestal Virgins, the Senate house, and Julius Cesare's tomb, among other important ancient ruins. NOTES: - Due to extremely limited tickets to Dungeons, it's difficult to secure physical tickets within 30 days of the experience. We meet in piazza San Pier Maggiore, an historical sight, where we will buy seasonal products from a traditional vegetable stall. We will then move to the terrace where a breathtaking view of Florence awaits us. Sometimes, to spice up our cooking class, some fabulous Florence folks will join us, dishing out their local experiences with a pinch of anecdotes and a dash of suggestions on the coolest things to do! We will get our hands dirty and we’ll prepare an appetizer and we will prepare a fresh hand/home made egg and flour pasta (e.g. tagliatelle, pappardelle), and a fresh and sweet Tiramisù. The experience will end by enjoying our meal and the deserved results of the hard work together!! Learn how to make homemade pasta easily and successfully. We will meet in Florence at our cooking school located in the historic center, in front of the Arno river. We are a team of professionals chefs, we are pleased to meet you and let you spend a nice time with us for a fun and unique lesson. We will teach the secrets how to make RAVIOLI, FETTUCCINE or SPAGHETTI & TORTELLI in different shape. We will provide you with the tools useful for the preparation: kitchen gown, rolling pin and pasta cutter, eggs and flour. After the preparation, we will cook together the pasta with the relatives sauces. Each participant will prepare their own pasta, then we will cook it in the same pot to share it, then with the rest of the group like an italian family. The experience lasts about 3 hours, It will also be an opportunity to socialize with other travelers and with your host in an Italian atmosphere. During the meal will be served delicious organic Tuscan wine, that we produce on our farm called "Dalle Nostre Mani”, wines produced with natural methods. If you want to drink during the lesson you can buy some bottles at our shop before the lesson.
