Nice and new apartment in beautiful surroundings

New apartment at Hammersborg. Short way to Bymarka, museum, shops and bus. Quiet neighborhood. Less than 2 miles to Midtown, but steep terrain. Consists of living room, kitchen, bathroom, hallway and double bedroom. Waterborne underfloor heating in all rooms. Sofa bed in the living room that sleeps two people. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and hob, coffee maker and kettle, as well as fixtures. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Possibility of loan of sprinkler bed etc. Private entrance. Welcome!

This beautiful apartment has with its big modern windows a lot of natural light all day long. The area and neighborhood are really quiet. It is located close to NTNU, the river Nidelva, the lake Theisendammen, the train station, and several bus stops. It is also located ten minutes away from the center of Trondheim. Included you have free parking. The apartment have a security door and is located at the ground floor (high first floor) of a really modern and calm building.

Cozy apartment close to the city and the field.

The basement apartment is bright and cosy, with approved escape window in bedrooms.Byåsveien is well trafficked, but indoors it is quiet. Apartment is located just outside the city center, about 35 minutes walk to the city and with very frequent bus departures from stop about 200 meters away. At the same time, it is only a 10 minute walk to Bymarka with miles of hiking trails, ski slopes and several nice bathing waters. Private entrance with key box(code).

Small house - great seaview - close to the city

Unik beliggenhet - usjenert hus rett ved Ladestien med fantastisk sjøutsikt. Gulvvarme og helt nytt. 100 meter til busstop og gangavstand til sentrum (35min.) Bedroom is up the ladder (se pictures). Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.
