Discover Istria - renovated stone house

Casa Nona Roza was built by our family members in the early 20th century and it was a home of our grandparents. It was completely renovated in 2017, keeping in mind keeping the spirit of old times, combining Istrian tradition with all the elements of modern life. What makes it special is the use of traditional material: massive stone walls, wooden floors, wrought iron fence. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, dining room and living room combined in a single with air-conditioning , large bathroom and games room (darts, soccer table, bike room). On the second floor there are 3 rooms. Two bedrooms with double beds are air conditioning. One of them has the TV. The third bedroom has two single beds and the possibility of heating for cold days. Also on the same floor there is a large bathroom. What dominates the garden is a large meadow with a centennial tree under which in the afternoon you can be in the shade. In the back of the house there is a well built in 1920. Inside the building there are two parking spaces, one of which is covered. The whole property is surrounded by old walls.

Very clean, comfortable and great location! Apartman Sonja 2 is located in Rabac, just 400 m from Maslinica Beach. We have free parking and free Wi-Fi. Very quiet and peaceful area! The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, spacious living room and terrace with a beautiful sea view. All the bars and restaurants are within walking distance so you can relax in Rabac without a car. The beaches are 10 to 15 minutes away (by walk!). Welcome and enjoy your stay in Rabac!

Amazing villa with pool near old town

This beautiful Art House with a pool is only a 15-minute walk from the old town of Labin. The house is equipped with designer lighting, art paintings, and has an infrared sauna, a room with fitness equipment and a massage table, and an indoor pool that is used during the winter months. The indoor pool can be used from Decembar to March ( 12.- 3.) and in other months of the year, guests can use the beautiful outdoor pool which is protected from view due to the tall green vegetation.

Wake up with a smile on your face and serenity in your mind. My place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, great views, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the views and the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. Parking provided in front of the house. Free wi-fi. Forget all your worries in this spacious and relaxing accommodation. The house is located in a small village near Labin. It was built in 2021 and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. In front of the house there is a spacious parking lot, and for summer refreshment there is our pool just a few steps from the living room. In the peak season we rent only for periods of 7 or 14 days, so arrivals and departures are possible only on weekends.

Charming guesthouse “Nine” surrounded by green

The house is built inside a small hill, next to our family house, where my husband and I live with our small pets, dog Bepo, and cat Bina. It’s comfortable and has everything a couple or a small family can ask for. We are located 1,5 km from Labin city center and 5 km from beaches in Rabac. You are welcome to bring your pet friends and we hope you won’t mind our small “beasts“ checking in on you either.

lovely house for family vacation

Holiday house is located in a istrian village. In the courtyard there is a swimming pool and a jacuzzi for rejuvenation and relaxion. The vilage street isva part of the bicycle route to Skitača a popular destination for hikers. Legend has it that the waters of the Skitača springs has a healing property. Only 10 minutes drive will take you to the nearest beaches in Rabac.
