Superb 4-bedroom floor with built-in closets and two newly renovated bathrooms, office kitchen, lounge, and terrace ideal for large families with good downtown access. Air conditioner in all the rooms and in the living room. Dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, iron, coffee maker, toaster. Disabled facilities, elevator. The apartment is in the residential neighborhood of Moratalaz. Surrounded by shopping area. Carrefour Express Supermarket across the street. In the same square where the house is located there are buses that lead to the city center: Lines 20, 30 and 32 that lead to the Puerta del Sol, Goya and Atocha areas respectively. Also on the door of the building is the taxi stand. The Vinateros metro station is a 5-minute walk away. Behind the building there is a pedestrian area with bars and terraces ideal for drinks and toys for children. Additionally there is a park 5 minutes walk away.

Buses 3 minutes from home : No. 14( Goes throughout Castellana) No. 63 ( Goes to Goya) and No. 32( goes to Puerta del Sol) ,Metro Conde de Casal ,circulate throughout Madrid, and 3 minutes Exchanger of buses Conde de Casal, and 15 minutes Atocha station. Very close to Menéndez Pelayo and Florida Retiro, a new trendy area for aperitifs and food in Madrid.

Situated in an attractive late 19th Century building in the heart of Madrid. The studio -one room flat with kitchen and bathroom- is part of a house divided in two completely independent. Offering all modern amenities including air conditioner, equiped kitchen, full bathroom and confortable bed. Wifi, TV, hair dryer, iron, kettle, coffe maker, bed sheets and towels. In summer time there is no laundry service available. Filltered water and all cleaning products used are ecological.

Welcome to my cozy Loft, a very comfortable and cozy space, the apartment is completely renovated and has everything you could need to spend a few great days in Madrid. The apartment although not in the center, is very well connected, thanks to the metro (5 minutes) and the direct bus lines to Sol (line 20) or Atocha (line 32) the latter with the stop at the same door.
