Vacation rentals with a patio in Wien-Umgebung District

The apartment was clean and spacious; the outdoor deck was great for breakfast and the upper deck for views of the city lived up to our expectations. The location was great, 2 blocks from the ubahn(subway) trams, coffee shops and supermarkets. Mario was available and responsive when we needed him. We had one minor issue with the Wifi. It was in and out, a little difficult since some of us were working. Overall a great space and quiet.

The stay was great. Wery good location near to the metro station. Saif was very very helful.

Everything super good! Good location, easily accessible. It has a tub, so that was a plus and separate from the bathroom! The depto is just as it is in the photos.

I had a great stay at Amel‘s place, the apartment was clean had lots of stores nearby in walkable distance, and the host was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend.

We liked the apartment. Clean and quiet. Close to the metro. Low floor. Your host has clear instructions and recommendations for your stay. It's a pity that the pool was closed, as it was still April and it was cool. Recommended for accommodation!

The photos of the apartment were consistent with what we found on the property and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to find. The neighborhood is safe and very well connected (metro and tram stop literally a minute on your feet from the apartment). The apartment was well equipped. Communication went smoothly, we could even check in a lot early:) Great stay, I recommend

A little gem! You don't usually make such experiences public. Because when I am back in Vienna, I would like to stay here again. Alley super clean, the terrace is a hit, the location of the apartment is absolutely quiet and Goran is very friendly and helpful. I travel a lot with AirBnb, and so I can say: in Vienna this apartment is a gem. Thank you Goran!

I had a wonderful time at Marion's apartment! The place was not only sparkling clean, but also very tastefully decorated – you immediately feel at home. Marion was an incredibly friendly and attentive host. The location of the apartment was perfect: quiet but still very central, so you could easily reach many attractions. I would come back anytime and highly recommend this place

The apartment is really great. It has everything you could possibly need. We didn't lack anything. You have a lot of storage space and the apartment is larger than it looks in the photos. The location is also great and you have good connections by bus and train. We felt very comfortable. I'd love to come back :)

Martin's place ideal for someone who want to take excursions in the forsets nearby Wien. The hause is big and clean, with nice garden. Good public transport.

Home is in a quiet & peacefull location away from the city. Perfect if you have a vehicle to travel to a local carpark & use public transport into the city.

Pretty often we promise to stay at the same place if we visit the same city again but actually it hardly happens. It did happen this time! Schara's place was do welcoming that we chose it again when our daughter decided to visit Vienna with her friend. It's more than a place to stay. It feels home...

We felt at home here and were able to enjoy our trip very relaxed. The nearby spa park, where we could walk every morning, was wonderfully quiet and beautiful. If you visit Vienna, need a break and are looking for a cozy accommodation for the family, we can highly recommend this place.😉

The apartment is very quietly located. But ideally suited for our plans. We explored a lot of sights. The apartment really had everything you could wish for! I've experienced a lot of different things. The beds were excellent.

We stayed here for several weeks and everything was great. The owner is very helpful and kind. We will definitely return if we have the chance. A great place for business trips and longer stays. 😊

We felt right at home. Very comfortable and warm. We had everything at hand. We did a lot of our own cooking for the week we were there. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking full meals easily. It is really nice to have the bedroom separate from the living area. It was winter so we didn’t used the garden but it looks like it will be awesome in summer. Very close to transport and a supermarket in walking distance.

Patrick's place is amazing - gorgeous and spacious! Patrick is also a great communicator. Only caveat is that it's a bit far from the city center; though public transportation is convenient, easy, and cheap, there is not a lot to recommend the actual neighborhood as a tourist. But we learned the U-system very easily.

The first personal contact was just as pleasant as the previous correspondence. The apartment was just as pictured and lovingly furnished. We felt immediately comfortable and there was everything you need for a 5-day stay. Claudia was always available and always helped quickly and kindly. The U-Bahn station was within walking distance and we had our car safely parked in the parking garage at Fiakerplatz for little money the whole time. We would like to stay with Claudia again anytime when we are in Vienna again. You don't find such a nice landlady often. Thanks for everything.

My experience at Edit and Dieters beautiful apartment was a total delight from start to finish. It is a beautiful house in a lovely quiet, but well connected, suburb of Vienna. Think classy, slightly faded opulence which draws you in and immediately feels like home. The interior decoration was beautifully simple and yet we wanted for nothing. Edit and Dieter were very responsive but allowed us to enjoy our stay without over involved patrons. They are fountains of information if you ask but won't dominate you. I would love to come back one day when the carpet of Spring flowers are fully opened and the trees in full leaf. Look out for the pair of little black squirrels which play in the pine trees, they are gorgeous. I really hope the stars align for a revisit in the not too distant future.

I had a perfect stay at Andie’s Airbnb in Vienna! The apartment was absolutely beautiful with a stunning view overlooking the city. Everything was spotless and perfectly clean, which made it feel extra comfortable and welcoming. Communication with Andie was not only friendly and responsive, but also gave me some fantastic local tips for food and coffee. She answered all my questions very quickly and made sure I had everything I needed. The location is also a big plus—just a short walk to the underground and only four stops from the city center. It’s super convenient if you want to explore Vienna. I can only recommend staying at her apartment—an amazing experience from start to finish!

Totally fantastic! A lovely apartment, very well laid out and bright, with good space (even for 八卦掌 exercise). Nice living/kitchen area, with nearby bedroom and bathroom. Private and peaceful, many nearby green places and even for swimming. Sabine was great with communication and hospitality. I arrived on a Sunday (supermarkets closed) and she kindly provided some cooking supplies I was lacking. The only drawback, I could not share the experience with my wife. Again, fantastic
