Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Wettingen

For us this was perfect “home base” away from home full of old Swiss rustic charm and private. Very well equipped kitchen, home is spacious, clean and cozy, laundry room came really handy as well. Great location - away from hustle and bustle of Zurich but short distance from it and from the airport as well. Many great day trips possible within 5 min drive up to an hour drive. Grocery store 3 min walk away. Thomas is friendly and super easy to communicate with. We also found great restaurant 5-8 min drive - Gasthof zum Kreuz - shout out to the owner - very friendly made us feel like family - food was great, nice atmosphere and good prices. Grateful we got to experience it all.

We had a wonderful time with Daniel and Martin. Everything was perfect - and so we could fully enjoy our little break from the first minute of our arrival. A cozy home with fireplace, sauna, a nice little garden and a great view, a beautiful landscape and hiking trails right outside the front door. The apartment has everything it needs to feel at home immediately. Everything is very tasteful and very lovingly furnished, everything is very clean and well maintained. A big thank you to Martin and Daniel for the uncomplicated communication, the very warm welcome and the many useful pieces of information and tips. A big thank you but also for the very delicious stone oven bread. This is pure hospitality! We are very much looking forward to our next visit with Martin and Daniel, two wonderful hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at Anne's place. The house is super comfortable, clean, and is well equipped. Kids loved playing around in the garden and quiet surroundings. Anne's was so accommodating and offers flexible check-in and check-out. The highlight was Anne inviting us to the camp fire in the garden, playing music, and spending an evening relaxing and having great chats! Thank you for your hospitality :)

Amazing host, thank you for all your help during our stay. The pictures don't do the house justice, it's fantastic and the area is amazing and peaceful. Only 30 mins on the tram into basel. Will stay here again when visiting the area, thanks Silvie for everything.

Amazing apartment with breath taking views. Great host.

The house is beautiful, spacious rooms, two bathrooms, spacious kitchen. A laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. Ironing board with iron was also provided. A clothes rack with pegs would have been useful. Bathroom was fine. The location is ideal. 30 meters away is the bus stop that takes you to the heart of Lucerne. Contact with Sabrina was good. Due to a long trip from the Netherlands that took place at night, we were able to get into the house at 10 o 'clock in the morning, this was great!

The apartment is very cute and cosy and had everything I needed. The view from the balcony is magical. Aylin was really helpful and communicative, I would definitely return.

One of the best Airbnb stays in a long time – the two of us were there for a week. Spacious place, very chic and stylishly furnished, and of course the hot tub on the very large roof terrace is a highlight - or just spend the evening in front of the cozy fireplace. In direct walking distance, everything is available (shops, restaurants, etc.) Overall highly recommended!

Our stay was just great. Antonia is extremely friendly and her cozy house is quietly located. Our dogs felt right at home :) We'd love to come back

This bungalow is simply an absolute gem. Every detail in this house is a testament to a lot of love and style. We felt totally comfortable and welcome right away So the hot tub was already heated and ready for us. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, everything is there. Furthermore, the comfortable sofa invites you to cozy evenings and later a very comfortable bed awaits you. Fabienne is a warm host who communicates proactively and is very generous. I'm sure we'll be back!

The house is in an excellent location and has been gently and very tastefully renovated. The hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly. How to come back for sure!

Everything tip top as always I felt like I was at home

I decided on a two-week vacation in my own region. Bathroom renovation was due and family reasons were decisive. I was able to rediscover different things, different perspectives and much more. The apartment was perfect for our family holiday. Right on the first time we entered, the four of us felt comfortable. The kids enjoyed discovering the garden as well as all the games, books as well as the painting and crafts. Bakery, butcher and supermarket are within walking distance, so we were always happy to start the day with fresh delicious rolls. With Malene and Wilfried, you are lucky enough to experience wonderful hosts who leave nothing to be desired and have equipped the apartment with a lot of love for detail. Even before the start of our trip, we had such a friendly contact with Petra and Roger. Everything went wonderfully from start to finish. The place is a dream, clean, beautifully decorated, with plenty of privacy and with everything your heart desires🙏❤. The location is perfect, with many possibilities for excursions (Wutach Gorge, Schluchsee, Rhine Falls, Titisee, Lake Constance, Zurich and much more). A perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet in the countryside and still be able to see a lot. Wonderful people who like to share your little paradise. we felt right at home. Despite its enormous size, the loft can be easily heated. Gladly again in the summer to enjoy the Gonzenbach even for a cooling off. thank you to petra & Rene for their courteous & uncomplicated manner.

We had a very nice stay with Amanda and Will. Their place is an easy walk to the Lindt factory and the lake is very close. We were travelling with a young child and the washer and dryer and ability to cook were a huge plus. Public transit by bus or boat are a few minutes away on foot. A great place and a great neighborhood.

We spent 3 nights at Julian's place. He was a terrific host, helpful and ultra responsive. The place is in a great location and is well connected by Basel's amazing transport system, (bus and tram). The apartment is exactly as listed, very nice retro feel and a little quirky which made it feel that bit unique. Julian gave us great hints and tips and was kind enough to lend us some bikes which we used to cycle along the Rhine. The Basel travel card which Julian supplies is a real gem and makes navigating the city so much easier.
