Family-friendly vacation rentals in Westerveld

A charming spot to enjoy nature and truly disconnect. The owner was exceptionally kind and welcoming. We were two couples, and while the place felt a bit smaller than it appeared in the photos, it was still perfectly comfortable for a short stay. Highly recommended!

We had a short but great stay in Hein's brinkstee. Beautiful and clean accommodation and fully met the description and needs. super friendly and correct, and gave good tips for exploring the area. Recommended and also good for larger groups. Stefan

We had a great weekend with fantastic weather! The house is perfect for a short break and offers pure relaxation with sauna and hot tub. The host was available at all times after we received contact information from the intermediary. The only small drawback: AirBnb offers amenities, which may not be available on site. Intermediaries and owners should coordinate again here.

We had a great week at Hein's cottage. We were 13 adults and 2 children. The rooms with their private bathroom were perfect. Very nice cottage with plenty of space. a very nice garden, also well maintained.

The stay was very successful. The home is great, so is its surroundings. Although there is a dirt road and the house is in the middle of the forest, everything works well and there was no problem throughout the stay. I recommend this place because of the quietness and lack of neighborhood is one of a kind.

We had a wonderful week of peace in the villa. In the area many beautiful hiking areas and cities such as Leeuwarden and Groningen at rideable distances. Nice to go for a day. The host had nicely decorated the house in the Christmas atmosphere, so the real Christmas feeling was not missing. The fireplace completes the atmosphere!

Cosy stay in Diever. Plenty of room and we were welcomed to use the outdoor space. Niek was very helpful and responsive. Great location within an easy walk to the supermarket and the town centre. Simple and cosy farmhouse style living. Perfect

We had a great stay for the weekend. The accommodation was lovely and had everything we needed. Loved the location and amazing walks. Fantastic place for a getaway! The house is a bit hidden but once you have found it, bombastic! Nice layout and amenities. We felt very comfortable. With the lake and outdoor swimming pool within walking distance we had a very nice summer vacation. The place is very cute and the people very hospitable. The house is highly recommended.

We stayed during winter time and enjoyed Arenda‘s and Klaas‘ cozy place very much! The big main room was perfect for our group of 8 people to spend time together, do some cooking etc. The hosts were super friendly at all times caring about our wellbeing! We even had the chance to see Klaas feeding the Alpacas 😁 Overall, we can highly recommend the cottage!

Nice house with direct access to the water (+boat)

It was a very nice stay in the cottage of the bronze bucket! Beautiful location in wooded area and wonderfully quiet. In older updates, I read about a noisy heater, but that didn't bother us, maybe recently renewed? In any case, it was wonderfully warm to get what was welcome after a day of mountain biking. As an extra bonus, we were allowed to check out later so we could still shower after the Sunday bike ride, very much appreciated.

Nice and cozy house in a secluded spot with gezellige outdoor tables. We even managed to take our son out with the sled from the shed on the one snowy day we had. The hostess was very friendly and helpful and always responded quickly.

Wonderful stay, nice and quiet. Everything available in the cabin. Close to a campsite with animation and swimming pool. Where my kids had a great time. The deer was appreciated by my two daughters. Jump on the trampoline. Femke responds really quickly to messages. We went for a weekend with my oldest daughter and I thought this was actually far too short. Enjoy.
