Very nice cottage in quiet surroundings. You can quickly reach many beautiful hiking trails. There was everything you need for everyday life and it is very comfortably furnished.

Our whole family loved it, the countryside is especially beautiful, with cows🐑, sheep, the whole grass green oil, and the snowy mountains in the distance, which can't be enjoyed in the city. The hostess was very welcoming and waited for us in the yard in advance. The house is big enough for us to be active, if it is winter, the wood fire is burning and feeling the rural atmosphere of Germany, it must be nice. The location is good, it is only half an hour drive from Shinchan Castle, it is very convenient to come and go, the nearby town is about 7 minutes by car, there is an Aldi supermarket and gas station, it is also very convenient to need supplies, the key is that the town building is also beautiful and very clean.

We felt very comfortable. It was all right. The cottage is well cut. We felt it was bigger than it really is. Absolutely recommended. From there, you can do many beautiful hikes.

We had a wonderful stay at Claudia's and immediately felt at home. We were 18 people and had a great weekend in the guest house Linde as a group of friends. Claudia and her husband are super warm and friendly hosts. We would definitely come back ☺️

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Oliver's apartment is highly recommended! We felt very comfortable😊. Location The location is great! Skiing: the bus stops at the front door and takes 1 minute to the cable cars in Flims. In the afternoon you can still sunbathe on the balcony. 🌞 Facilities Especially the kitchen is really well furnished. No cheap materials have been used. Top appliances, great finishes and comfortable furniture in the apartment. You can see small signs of wear every now and then, but totally ok and so it's much more sustainable💯. The children's room was smaller than expected, but still totally cosy. Additional 🧖🏼‍♀️ The swimming pool and sauna are right in the annex. The use is - once you understand it (everything is explained and the residents of Casa Caglims are super nice and helpful) - pleasant and soothing. You'll also have the sauna to yourself. One of the best Airbnb stays in a long time – the two of us were there for a week. Spacious place, very chic and stylishly furnished, and of course the hot tub on the very large roof terrace is a highlight - or just spend the evening in front of the cozy fireplace. In direct walking distance, everything is available (shops, restaurants, etc.) Overall highly recommended!

It was a lovely family Christmas! The apartment was very spacious and very clean. The panorama from the living room to the lake and the mountains is amazing. The owner is very responsive, always responding quickly to messages. And an important moment for us - our youngest daughter forgot her phone in the apartment, and we discovered the loss only a few days later. The owner resolved this issue very quickly, the phone was even charged so that we could see its location. We are definitely ready to return here, with pleasure!

Excellent stay for a ski trip at the end of the season. Well located with free access by local skibus, and the Despar supermarket and local cake shop both within 1-2 minutes walk. Apartment had wonderful view, good underground parking for our hire car and all very well appointed. Claudine was very helpful.

Our stay over the Easter holidays in the house was great. We were 8 adults and 3 children who had a lot of space to play and romp. The adjacent forest also offers good opportunity for walks. There was everything we needed and also the equipment of the kitchen was great. I would be happy to come back.

The apartment corresponds to the photos and is well equipped. The communication with the hosts was pleasant and straightforward. They were easily accessible and very quick to respond to messages. The pool in the building is very nice, but it was too cold for our 2-year-old daughter. We can clearly recommend the apartment to explore this beautiful area!

Renate was very warm and brought a delicious self-baked apple strudel and chicken to welcome you. She also wrote a hearty birthday card and made a little surprise. Renate was always available and gave us many good tips, such as restaurants. The house was very clean and well maintained and we immediately felt at home. We will certainly be back! Everything as I had paid for it: small, cute and everything you need,even sharp knives and also finished firewood for the oven and barbecue area. It was still too cold for bathing

Very nice, older house, quietly located. Everything you need, well-equipped and clean kitchen. Huge garden with various sun loungers, hammocks, toys for children, barbecue and pizza oven and a beautiful view. The pizzas from the pizza oven in the garden tasted delicious. The communication with the host worked flawlessly, we always got a quick response to questions. We felt very comfortable.

I didn't hesitate when I saw this listing and booked directly. My husband, our two children and I immediately felt comfortable and were thrilled when we came to this small but very very fine oasis. It's everything you need, but without being unnecessarily crammed. Everything is flooded with a lot of love and positive energy. We will definitely be back. It was particularly nice to bathe in the evening and to dry off in front of the stove. The hiking opportunities right in front of the door are also just great. Thank you. 🙏 💚

I had the great pleasure of visiting TheMAP during Easter week, and it was an unforgettable experience! Particularly noteworthy are the fantastic fire tent and the cozy barbecue evening in the garden, which provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The organization was excellent. Highly recommended for larger families with children.
