Farmstay vacation rentals in Wadden Sea

We spent 3 nights in the cottage. Very nice tastefully decorated and very well furnished cottage with car accessibility and parking. Gite located in a very pretty city, within walking distance and with all the necessary shops. Gite near Amsterdam (20 minutes to access a P+R) but also close to Utrecht. Perfect!

A little far from city center, but great place to stay outside of the city!

We enjoyed the time at Ferienhof Vogel very much. For us as a family with two small children, it was especially great to experience the animals, the barn with straw bales and the particularly friendly and homely atmosphere. Hostess Jutta even took our children on a guided ride with Shetland pony Lottie. In general, the whole family is incredibly nice. For breakfast there were eggs from our own chickens, around the corner in the village is a baker who - beware, rarely - really still bakes himself. With pure natural sourdough. And we were also invited to the big Easter bonfire with friends from the village. We will come back very, very gladly.

A nice cottage to stay with the family (9 people). Plenty of space, both indoor and outdoor. Outside a lot of space in the yard with various seats and playground equipment. The animals present are a bonus. The kitchen is complete, the bathrooms very tidy and the beds are nice. Communication with Agnes went well, even if she was not there, she asked if everything was to your liking. In short, a place to come back to.

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful accommodation and immediately felt very comfortable. Perfectly suitable for families and nothing is missing. Anja gave us a very warm welcome and the name "Kleine Heimat" is absolutely accurate. Thanks for the wonderful time!

I was a guest of Else and her husband on this very nice farm for a few days over the turn of the year. The quietly located 1-room apartment offers everything you need. It is cozy and yet very functional, nice and warm even on cold evenings. I thank Else and her husband for this friendly welcome and can recommend this place to all those who enjoy rural tranquility and appreciate a good starting point for beautiful day trips to many nearby destinations. 5 stars without restriction and I will be happy to come back!!!

As a group of 3 friends, we spent a weekend in this cottage. It has everything you'll need. You have beautiful views of the polders and sit wonderfully privately in the various garden parts. The sloping floors stand out, but immediately give its charm to the house. Very safe with an entrance gate to the property itself and the car under the carport.

so beautiful! What a great place! Pure relaxation, absolutely quiet and everything you need! Fantastic location to relax or to go on excursions. You can walk to the beach, Holnis or Geltinger Birk can be reached in a short time. Jule and Christopher are absolutely helpful. We'll be back for sure.

We had a wonderful weekend in Stemwede! The outdoor kitchen is just a dream and the garden is much bigger than it appears in the pictures! That surprised me very positively. In the morning you can hear the rooster crowing, which rounded off the country feeling at breakfast on the terrace of the tiny house. 🥰 The outdoor shower is totally cute and really fun in the sunshine! My companion accidentally broke a bowl while washing up, which she was supposed to replace with €25. It would have been nice to read something like this as a note in the description, then we would have brought our own dishes for safety. Otherwise, everything was totally beautiful! :) I will definitely be back! Gerd and Kathinka are both exceptionally lovely people. I immediately felt very comfortable and am already looking forward to next time! 🥰 Thank you, dear ones, for this wonderful short break from the big city! Best regards and I hope to see you soon!

We were four adults and two toddlers and spent a few days at this place over New Year's Eve. We had a lovely, relaxing time. The house is cozy, clean and perfectly equipped! Big plus: the small "playground" + vehicles in the garden. We highly recommend this place (and the super nice landlords)!

A wonderfully lazy place to breathe, the cottage and the yard exude a quiet atmosphere, which invites you to slow down. The kitchen is bathed in light and invites you to stay for a long time. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom tip top, the kitchen perfectly equipped to cook for yourself. On the side of the yard you can wake up in the morning in the sun, from the afternoon your own piece of private garden is in the sun. Very nice place so for long, slow (and creative! :) days. On top of that, a warm welcome.

We were there with a small group of adults and I must say, the farm is just beautifully located, in combination with the offer of the fitness puddle you can have a wonderful time there, perfect to relax and escape the city.

The family welcomed us very warmly – we felt welcome right from the start. The little house is lovingly decorated and equipped with everything you might need. It was particularly nice that our child was enthusiastic about watching the chickens running freely around the house. The surrounding area is ideal for cycling, and the property is fenced off from the street, so our son could play carefree in the garden. We had a wonderfully relaxing time and can recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, nature and a family atmosphere.

Everything was great and as described! There was even a hairdryer and a hot air fryer, although this was not in the description! The place is nice and quiet. Highly recommend! Thank you!

We felt very comfortable. Adrie was within easy reach at all times. For us with 2 dogs it was great, as we could explore many new paths on foot. The house was quiet and well equipped. For 8 people there was enough space in the common areas and the bedrooms are also a great size. We will be happy to come back.

The place is absolutely lovely as are the hosts (and, not to forget, the pets). We will definitely try and come back. As can be seen on maps, Dybbøl and Sønderborg are only a few kilometers away. We mostly travelled by bike, which we rented (for a small fee) from the hosts. If you are looking for a nice spot in the countryside to unwind for a few days close to the sea, this is the right place for you.

"Daalders slekje" is a great place to stay that is equipped with all the comforts. The house is beautiful and full of character. The associated mancave is a kind of private pub on the house, where it is good to stay. We enjoyed ourselves excellently. Tobi, the dog, thought it was fantastic. We ourselves enjoyed the jacuzzi, the surroundings, the atmosphere that the house breathes and your own little "retreat" in the form of the mancave where I could watch nice football:) Gelly is a warm and caring host who will help you to enjoy your time to the fullest. She leaves you completely free to enjoy your time, but is always available for any questions or assistance. In short, nothing but praise for our stay here.

We had a great time at Hans & Marian's. The location is perfect for discovering the flower fields area and enjoying the beach. Everything is accessible by bike, the beach 10min and the park of keukenhof 15min. We had two small children (3 and 6 years old) who loved the play areas in the holiday park and the games for the children present in the house. Communication with Hans & Marian was very friendly and very fluid. Thanks again for a great stay 😊

We had a very enjoyable stay. Kirsten and Alf were very nice. From the apartment you have a view of the garden and the animals. We would come back.

House was more than I expected. The location was great. We hiked the trail from the house, did day trips and found great restaurants. The communication was exceptional! We had a group of six and all recommend this location.

We had such a gorgeous night out of the city in Joyce’s tiny house. The location is gorgeous with nature all around, perfect for long walks to explore the area. We got the train to Almere and then cycled from there which was a lovely half hour cycle along the river. The house itself is perfect, everything was clean and well thought-out, making the stay easy and comfortable with everything you could need! One of the highlights is of course the private sauna and hot tub which feels like such a treat!

 Joyce was a perfect host, she and her son live on the property and make sure to give you privacy, but are of course on hand for anything you need. 

 Would definitely recommend for an escape from the city.
