Our vacation was wonderful! There was a place for everyone! Very beautiful, cozy and fully equipped kitchen! We saw amazing sunrises every morning! A lot of toys for children, they were happy! Nearby is a horse farm where you can ride horses. We're very glad to Svetlana and her family they were so helpful and proactive. Definitely love to visit their place again!

One of the coziest homes I've ever visited (and I've been to many). What sets it apart is that, upon entering, you feel as if you're living through the life of its owner alongside her — she clearly lives here with her children, and you could easily spend an entire day just admiring her paintings, books, and her children's crafts. After six hours there, I felt as if I'd known her for ages, and it was clear she’s a wonderful woman, awesome mother and a good person (and obviously cooks a lot)). The tuned guitar was a delightful touch. In short, this house has the soul of its owner, and I can say for sure that she is lovely. Separately, I would like to say that the design was clearly created by a person with taste, and looks much better in life - moreover, the light in the house is perfectly matched, which is rare in Airbnb offerings. So in the evening you can create the perfect atmosphere, which, together with the fireplace, will make you want to come back here again and again.

Michael is an amazing host. Very quick response and help with everything that you need. It’s an amazing quiet place with a lot of green, barbecue zone and even pool. The house was clean and cozy. The weather changed during our staying and we needed central hearing to be on. It was very comfortable temperature down but not in the bedrooms, we were freezing and unfortunately, we didn’t manage to open heater there. I would advice owner to switch it on in bedrooms at the beginning, if it’s chilly outside. Also I would like to mention that there are several big markets, small groceries, gas stations and restaurants not far from the house. I’m definitely recommend Michael and his calm place. We relaxed and enjoyed staying there.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir haben einen verlängertes Wochenende in Eduards Unterkunft verbracht und waren begeistert! Die Unterkunft ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, alles passt perfekt zueinander. In dem Ferienhaus fehlt es an nicht. (Von Waschmaschine + Trockner bis zu den Gästehausschuhen ist alles vorhanden) Der Wellnessbereich ist super zur Erholung geeignet. Man hat sich sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Eduard ist ein super Gastgeber, er ist sehr freundlich und stand immer für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Ein nahegelegenen Restaurant ist drei Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt. Vielen Dank für alles und wir hoffen das wir irgendwann nochmal wiederkommen!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt, Vaclav war super freundlich,nett und offen. Wir haben viele Empfehlungen für die Umgebung bekommen. Die Landschaft war traumhaft genauso wie die Wohnung !! Wir haben es geliebt und wären am liebsten gleich doppelt so lang geblieben :) 🥰

Schöne kleine Wohnung, in der wir uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Einfacher Check-in, freundliche Kommunikation über Airbnb. Toll ist auch die Waschmaschine und der Trockner. Wir waren zufrieden.

Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben eine Bleibe gesucht, um für ein paar Std zu schlafen. Karel sehr flexibel und der Papa super freundlich und hilfreich beim Check-IN. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Appartement clair, lumineux et facile à trouver. Meublé moderne. Place de parking indispensable et super utile mais mal placée au fond du parking coincée entre un mur et un rail, attention les éclats de peinture en ouvrant les portières... Le quartier est bien desservi en Bus, et un Edeka se trouve à 5 minutes à pieds, génial ! Christoph est joignable très facilement et répond aux questions rapidement et efficacement. La nuit, la rue est très passagère et bruyante (nous sommes venus en Avril 2025, il faisait beau et chaud, et je ne pense pas pouvoir vire ou dormir les fenêtres ouvertes en été...). Dans l'appartement, rien ne manque pour pouvoir y vivre au quotidien sauf une machine à laver : elle est dans le descriptif de l'annonce mais elle n'est pas dans l'appartement, où est elle ? Pour nous, Français qui ne pratiquons pas le même tri des déchets que vous en Allemagne, nous n'avons trouvé aucune consigne claire, merci de faire un effort dans l'explications de celles-çi ...

Super Unterkunft! Sauber und modern. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Marina war freundlich und hat auf alle Fragen zeitnah geantwortet. Ich würde diese Unterkunft wieder buchen!

Meiner Freundin, unseren Hunden und mir hat die Unterkunft super gefallen! Das Loft ist einfach der Hammer und man fühlt sich direkt wohl und gut aufgehoben dort. Die Umgebung ist für jeden, der mal entspannen und runterkommen will einfach klasse und ich kann's nur Jedem weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten eine tolle und sehr erholsame Zeit dort :)

Ubytovanie splnilo všetky naše očakávania. Bolo čisté a nič nám tam nechýbalo počas celého mesačného pobytu. Komunikácia s hostiteľom bola rýchla a okamžitá. Ubytovanie má naozaj skvelú polohu. Do 5 minút sme mali k dispozícii potraviny, drogérii, reštaurácie, park, kostol. V blízkosti sa nachádzala aj zastávka električky priamo do centra mesta. Určite odporúčam aj na dlhší pobyt.

Great place , close to city centre and 6 minutes walk from a main bus / train station , nice big queen size comfortable bed , clean and tidy , some dust but nothing dirty, some bits a bit worn and could do with replacing but main things I needed worked fine and were clean. For the price it was brilliant, decent size TV with lots of working tv apps like YouTube and Netflix. Nice a specious rooms, big enough shower cubicle, I stayed there on cold week in Prague and the place was so nice a warm and cosy when I was inside . She answered my watsapp video call to help me in because I was being stupid and could not open the door because I was not pushing it the right was lol, she spoke English really well and was so friendly and happy to help

Super schöner Aufenthalt und kleine gemütliche Wohnung. Das Wasser war immer wieder mal weg (einfach ausgegangen) oder nur sehr tröpfelnd. Beim Duschen oder Abwaschen etwas ungünstig.. Lage (auch wenn manchmal etwas laut) und Einrichtung der Wohnung absolut nach unserem Geschmack und einladend, um es sich gemütlich zu machen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

I recently spent a few days at Lucie's place. Felt very comfortable in a lovely and quiet room. Located in a peaceful neighborhood it is close to public transportation, so it is easy to get around Prague. Lucie was very responsive that make my comfortable.

Very comfy and clean place, all you need; friendly hosts and a cozy place to sleep. The description exactly fits how it was in reality. It is a bit on a hill which gives a beautiful sight over Beroun. Breakfast was really tasty with self-made scrambled eggs. Would come again!

Ich hatte fünf tolle Tage bei Oli und habe mich dort super wohlgefühlt! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, voller spannender Kunstwerke und mit einer ganz besonderen Atmosphäre. Es ist kein Hotel oder eine einfache Unterkunft, es ist ein Zuhause voller Kunst und Geschichten, ein Ort für Gespräche und gute Laune. Man merkt sofort, dass Oli viel Erfahrung als Gastgeber hat – er ist aufmerksam, herzlich und offen für Austausch. Er nimmt sich Zeit für seine Gäste und ist immer Hilfsbereit. Ob ein Picknick mit Ausblick über Prag oder eine Tour durch die Innenstadt und noch vieles mehr, Oli hat immer Programm zu bieten. Trotz der gemeinsamen Aktivitäten, hatte ich auch Zeit ganz für mich alleine – die Balance hat perfekt gepasst. Interessante Gespräche, besondere Unternehmungen und ein Haus, das den einzigartigen Charakter von Oli wiederspiegelt. Ich verlasse diesen Ort mit einem Lächeln, einem klareren Blick auf Prag – und vielleicht sogar ein bisschen auf mich selbst. Danke, Oli!

Logement bien situé à l’écart du centre ville ultra touristique donc plus tranquille. Mais accessible à pieds en 10 min et gare à 15 min, c’est parfait. Avec en plus la possibilité de laisser les bagages en demandant à la propriétaire, c’est très pratique. Appartement cosy et ville superbe !

This is a fantastic place! The room was very clean. Morning buffet food was delicious and tasty. The staff is friendly and the location is perfect for seeing the best of the city. We can't wait to come back!! The address on Google maps can be a little off from where the hotel is, it's right next to a restaurant called "the bagel lounge"

heerlijke Engelse gastvrijheid bij Jerry en Claire. Leuke open mensen. De kamer was uitstekend en het bed sliep fantastisch. Lekker ontbijt 's ochtends , in gezelschap van Amy, onze kleine viervoetige vriendin. In de avond gezelligheid bij de open haard in de salon. We komen graag nog eens terug, maar dan in de zomer om te zien of het daar dan net zo mooi is. Wij zijn een stel van 66 en 72 jaar en hebben als kinderen gerodeld op de rodelbaan op de Grote Arber. Heerlijk...

Séjour très agréable et calme, tout était très propre, le petit déjeuner était très complet ! Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants, le personnel charmant. Nous avons reçu de nombreux conseils pour les restaurants et pour les activités à faire à Prague. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation et recommandons vivement cet établissement !

The place is great for a group considering the space and rooms. Though we booked it for me and my wife, still it was great experience. It was quite and enjoyable
