Stay was comfortable. Host was very responsive 1. arranged water can on request 2. cleaned house when we extended our stay 3. prepared house as given in listing the place 1. peaceful green surroundings 2. we had a car so was easy to get around accessibility there are uneven surfaces and steps in entry so young kids and those with accessibility requirements should consider this when booking.

We were hosting a family reunion of 16 adults ranging from 65/85 yrs old The 8 en suite bedrooms and a staff of 3 made our stay very comfy. Pankaj the caretaker was always around to handle our queries, and Chef Anup did an amazing job catering to all our meals, including a fab barbecue. We’d definitely recommend this villa for a large get together.

Me and my friends had a wonderful time at this place. The caretaker attended to our needs and even though we were a large group, he helped us in any issues we had faced. All the required items like cutlery, plates, etc has been labelled and stored in an efficient manner which was very helpful for us. I would recommend this place to everyone and would love the opportunity to stay here again the next time I visit.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb near Calangute Beach. The location is peaceful, offering a relaxing escape while still being close to all the action. The host, Abhishek, was incredibly helpful,check-in was smooth, and his local recommendations really helped me make the most of my trip. What began as a random Airbnb search turned into the best decision of our lives. Zak’s place in Majorda, Goa, was home for 3+ weeks and gave us the most memorable vacation ever. Zak is warm, responsive, and respects your space while being great company if you wish. The villa is spacious, beautifully designed, nestled in a serene 24,000 sqft property surrounded by trees. It’s spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen and regular housekeeping. A major highlight—Zak’s four loving dogs: Kulfi, KingKong, Jack, and Poo-Poo. Our son adored them, and they became part of our daily joy. Beaches like Majorda, Sunset, Colva, and Varca are close by. Sunset Beach became our favorite—clean, quiet, and charming. Don't miss Martin’s Corner and Oscar Junction nearby. A self-drive car is a plus. We came for a break but found a place that felt like home. Parting was emotional—we left as friends, already dreaming of coming back.

Nice stay & helpful staff

I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

Rukmani is very helpful. I had a. One year old with me , She guided me as to what I can carry with me to prepare for her. What kitchen items are available that can be hellful for me.i requested an early check in. She managed to keep the place ready before we arrived. Felt very homely. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the place. She had enough space to move around and play. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s homely safe and private.

Everything about the place was fantastic—truly outstanding. There were just a few electricity issues from time to time, but the inverter took care of that. It would also be great to have cleaning services available for longer stays.

Basappa was very friendly, cooperative and property is very good, it is worth the money. Recommended stay near to Candolim beach.

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

Very beautiful place. Located right in the centre.. easy access to most of the tourist spots.. room was clean and spacious.. The host was incredibly nice and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place

AC in one room didn't work during the stay though the electrician has been sent immediately but still its not solved. 2. Curtains in bedrooms could be thicker and better. 3. Some pillows needs replacement.

A very spacious apartment with huge rooms. Fully furnished. TVs in both the bedrooms and a huge one in the living/dining room. Compact kitchen with every item of equipment, utensil, crockery and cutlery. Fridge, washing machine. Above all, great hosts! Pramod's mother is a kind, warm, gracious lady who made me and my teenaged daughter and son feel at home. She was literally at our beck and call, coming over as soon as we called her for any little thing. Thank you ma'am! And finally, value for money. I got it at off-season rates, but this place would be worth every paisa at twice what I paid. The icing on the cake is the free parking on the premises for one vehicle, plus space on the roadside on the opposite side for a couple more if you are traveling in a group. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Titu's place for my solo workation! The house was clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect environment to work and relax. We recently stayed here in Goa, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, every aspect of our stay was comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy charm.

It was our second stay at Nishant’s place and I must admit that every time we fell in love more than the previous one. The place is peaceful yet surrounded by great restaurants and cafés. Walkable distance to beach and mesmerising sunset point. Would surely come back again.

Sid's place looks even better in person than in the pictures. The bed and bath linen used is the best I've experienced in Airbnbs. His housekeeping staff does an excellent job. Sid was always responsive to any queries we reached him for. The amenities inside the house are provided thoughtfully. The view from the balconies is super peaceful and green and all of us enjoyed spending time relaxing there. The property overall is friendly, has a good pool with a bar and music that's functional through the day. There is even an in-house restaurant that delivers room service to the flat. The beach is very clean, and within walking distance and we found some good restaurants that operate near the beach, especially Chris' Goan Ambrosia that serves authentic Goan food apart from multi cuisine. The house is spacious and very beautiful. Perfect for a family or a couple of small families, or groups. We had a fantastic time. Definitely coming back here !
