Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Usedom

Matthias' place is great - lots of space, very clean, lots of amenities e.g. in the kitchen, WiFi, shopping around the corner (Rewe, Edeka & Penny) and very easy communication. The only small criticism (but you know that beforehand when you look at the map) is that the accommodation is quite far (about 30 minutes walk) from the city center / harbor area, buses are only very irregular. However, the water is still quick to reach (about 5 minutes) and there is also a swimming pool. So highly recommended overall.

The apartment is well equipped and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. You can tell that the decor has been in use for a little longer, yet well-maintained and functional. If you're looking for a cozy and well-stocked place to stay for a family vacation, this is the place to be.

Anna was super accommodating and very friendly. The place was clean and exactly matched the pictures. The surrounding area is beautiful and quiet. I can recommend the tiny house to anyone who needs some peace and distance from the stress of the city.

Perfect marvellous place in an awesome location. Just a great way to escape everyday life and enjoy the exclusiveness. The place has all you need a pool a sauna a volleyball court a bbq. It is just perfect and absolutely worth visiting again. Including a perfect host. Thank you very much for having us:)

Thank you for this great and relaxing vacation!!! The house is modernized and nicely decorated. There is nothing missing in the kitchen! The property is simply a dream and the bunnies were visited every day. 😉 It is also great that there are cow and horse pastures around the property. There is plenty to observe! We felt at home here and were very excited about the coziness of the house! In the house you can really find everything you need, we lacked nothing. The city center and shopping were quick to reach, so in a great location. We spent New Year's Eve in Maria's cottage and had a great time away from the big city grove. In Barth itself there was even a fireworks display at the harbor. Top recommendation. Maria was super friendly, thought of all the important information in advance and was quick to reach for questions. We would definitely recommend the cozy cottage. Maybe it wasn't our last New Year's Eve with Maria.

We stayed at this beautiful AirBnB house in Zirchow – and it was just perfect! The house is not only super clean and well maintained, but also lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break. The location is quiet – just the thing to get away from it all. You can tell immediately how much passion there is in here. Whether inside or outside – we felt completely comfortable. The contact with the host was also great: friendly, helpful and straightforward. We would have preferred to stay longer and will definitely be back. Absolutely recommend – 5 stars is almost too little!

Accommodation in top condition and very clean. Playground and bakery within walking distance. The sea can be reached quickly by bike or car. Good, fast & efficient communication from the host. Gladly come again!

Great location next to the park, city centre within a short walking distance. We enjoyed our stay. The tenth floor gave a nice view, but also some traffic noise (not too bad though).

Great family trip over Easter! We were absolutely satisfied with the apartment and would book it again at any time. We didn't miss anything, the communication was great, our dog felt very comfortable, the beach, as well as numerous shops, bakers, shopping are very close. Just great, that's how it should be! 🙂

We have stayed at the other place Allan has and really enjoyed this one as well. The location of the apartment is great and there are so many restaurants, bakeries and cafes within a close walking distance. The elevator made it easy to get all of our luggage up to the top floor with our 2 kids, which we really appreciated! Allan and Paulina were very responsive to any questions we had. The folder with all of the check in information had some great recommendations of things to do in the area. The entire apartment is very clean, bright and open and worked great for our family. We look forward to making another trip to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Peaceful and comfortable place to stay The stay was very good – the neighborhood was quiet, and the place itself was clean and well equipped. Everything we needed was available. Contact with the owner is perfect – fast, factual and very polite. Highly recommend!

We are not in this apartment for the first time and therefore keep coming back because we find the accommodation top for our needs, because the communication with Dan works best, because it is very central, an underground parking space belongs to the apartment, because the apartment has a good standard and last but not least, because Dan leaves us the apartment even though we have a dog and he actually does not rent with dog, but we vacuum and wipe every day because we are grateful that he continues to rent to us despite the dog. Dan has a great apartment and is a great landlord. 👍We will be happy to come back next year. Dan can reserve the last days in August and early September for us. 👍❤️

We have spent two weeks in the apartment and highly reccomend it! The location of the place is excelent. Even though very close to city center, apartment is situated in very silent area. Apartment is very big, clean and very warm, I stayed there with two kids. Kitchen is very well equiped if you decide to cook there and have homemade meal.

Paulina's flat was very clean, spacious, cozy and in walking distance from shops / restaurants etc. All instructions were clear, Pauline is very helpful. I would highly recommend! thank you.

My children (6 years, 9 months) and I enjoyed it very much in the apartment of Harald and Heike. Both are very warm and helpful. The apartment is very lovingly decorated, clean and has everything you need for a nice stay. We will definitely be back!

A great place to stay where you can stay longer even in bad weather. Especially the immediate vicinity to the water is excellent. Responses to inquiries were quick. Overall, a lovely place and location that invites you to visit again!

The place worth to come again.

We had a very relaxing week in the apartment. The decor is tasteful, everything was very clean - we felt really comfortable.

We have been guests here several times and will be happy to come back any time. The place is small but cozy and well decorated. The location is quiet, with plenty of things to do in the region.

We visited Kerstin's beautiful holiday apartment with the family for three days.The apartment is comfortably furnished, very well maintained and well equipped. Unfortunately, the windows only face the street, but that doesn't matter, as the real highlight of the accommodation is outside anyway: in the beautiful, large and well-kept garden, there are many cozy corners to relax in, and the direct access with the option of using a canoe or pedal boat is simply something very special.The city center of Fürtenberg with many nice restaurants is within walking distance.The hosts were helpful and were always quick to respond to our messages.

We had a nice 5 days in Katharina's apartment. The apartment is charmingly decorated and we didn't miss anything. The location is nice and quiet, the beach is within minutes walking distance and by car it is not far to the shops. We didn't know that Karls Erdbeerhof was only 4 minutes away before arrival and then we were there twice :D Unfortunately, the pool was a little too cold for our kids and the beach chair was unfortunately not yet there outside the season (which we were informed of beforehand). All in all, we were still able to relax and would choose Katharina's apartment again on our next visit to Usedom :D

We had a very nice week for two in the apartment 3, located directly on the dike to the Bodden behind it. Via the dike, you can reach the town of Zingst on foot in a few minutes. The apartment is very cozy, clean and matches the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped and you can park directly on the property in a carport. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and will definitely be back.
