The house has a charming character inside and out, good natural lighting, and it is well furnished with almost everything one needs for short-medium term stays. The heating system makes indoors so comfortable. Helena and Beppe are very welcoming and helpful; proactively making sure that all needs are met. I would be happy to stay here again and I would highly recommend their place to anyone visiting Umeå.

Very good accommodation located close to MSB school on Sandö. Very nice and helpful hosts, you feel at home.

We staid at Samuel & Birgitta’s place for two nights and we felt right at home. The house is furbished very lovely, it’s cozy and has beautiful surroundings. Firepit, outside seating/chilling zones and swings are very nice additions for good weather. Bed was comfortable, kitchen is equipped well, there’s no noise from outside. The only downsides for us were slow water pressure in the shower (couldn’t even wash my hair as I would not be able to wash down the shampoo) and old TV. Other than that everything was perfect ✨

Very cozy and spacious house that was a little private and was a perfect fit for us and the dogs. Quick and good information from the host and also got road selection suggestions for our Nosework competitions in Vännäs. Great everything 🙏😊

Stig is so friendly, and the place is beautiful, clean and fresh.

We had a very nice stay. The house is very cozy and in a nice quiet location. We were missing nothing.

Lidias house is directly like on pic new kitchen, and convertible bed. Small minus is far from shop and petrol station. Around half an hour. Definitely I would like to back to this place.

All we can do is recommend! We stayed for four girls during our hospital practice at Karin's apartment and were really happy. The apartment was clean and functional, the area was nice, and the apartment was close to the hospital. The shop was across the road. We even got a ride from the train station!

Nice accommodation that had everything we needed. Mikael gave us many great local tips. Great location for those who want to explore the High Coast. For those who have problems with stairs, one should know that the apartment is on the second floor.

Apartment was clean and tidy. Heating was too hot for us but was easy to adjust to a lower temperature. Kitchen was equipped with hob, oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. However, there were a minimum number of cooking tools, knives, knives, pots, pans, plates. Bed is narrow as indicated and mattress is very soft. With two people, you are cozy with each other. Bathroom is nice, warm and clean. Shower worked perfectly. Hard jet and warm water. Enough clean towels provided. Includes washing machine. Smart television worked well and there were free some streaming services active such as Netflix, Disney+, and Swedish TV. When we were there, it was very quiet and we didn't hear from any of the other neighbors. The apartment is part of a block of apartments spread over two floors. We very much enjoyed the apartment, snow and cold and the area. You are in the city center in no time that is within walking distance.

Amazing apartment. It really looked like on photos. I have been annual visitor in Vaasa and this accommodation was so far the best one I have experienced here. Very clean, cozy, with nice sauna and perfect sofa with pillows and blanket. I didn’t miss anything there. Kitchen was well equipped and the flat also features nice balcony and amazing view all over the city.

The apartment was located in a quiet area and there was very free parking on the streets. The apartment was very clean and the beds were great for sleeping. Communication with Päivi went well. We'd love to come back.

Heidi was available and responded quickly to messages. She welcomed us with a smile and pointed us to the nearby supermarket. The place isn't far from the city center.

Comfortable and very quiet apartment close to the city center and close to all amenities. The plus is the size of the balcony and the presence of a sauna in the bathroom. Very well equipped with appliances and great bedding. We'll be back with great pleasure!
