Vacation rentals with a patio in Sucre

One of the most beautiful places I've been in Tolu, the club is beautiful, the pools are amazing, the apartment is fully equipped with a beautiful view, the beach is quiet… I would come back many times, I loved it ❤️

It was a very peaceful relaxing few days. The Communication with the host was always very proactive and fast. The spotless place, very organized, clean and nicely decorated. The amenities as described in the listing. Flexibility with check-in and check-out times, something that is highly valued for any unforeseen events that may arise. Photos fail to capture the true beauty and spaciousness of the apartment. It is cool, equipped with everything necessary and the bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. The building is brand new and features luxurious amenities like private beach and heated pool, spectacular! I want to highlight the excellent attention of Mr. Fernando in the goal, who was very friendly and attentive. The owner, Jeam, also deserves special recognition for his cordiality and willingness to resolve any queries. The location is perfect, close to everything and with great dining options and nearby shops. I definitely recommend this place. It's a seaside paradise. The house is very spacious, very well ventilated and with air conditioning in the master bedroom. Simple but very cozy, it has all the necessary utensils in the kitchen and the living room. The location is most incredible, right in front of the sea, no noise or neighbors, perfect for being with pets and enjoying the peace and quiet. The homemade lady was very nice and cordial. Diego was very attentive the whole time and resolved every question. Definitely recommend it.

Beautiful place, The hosts were very friendly and welcomed us with a small gift basket containing some drinks and even mosquito repellent. We also had a service assistant, who was very helpful in the house. A great thing was that they helped us arrange a boat to take us out to the bay at night to see the luminous plankton—an incredible experience. We would definitely return. 100% recommended…

Very nice house, great location and with a 24-hour beach where you can enjoy yourself without any problems

We were with all my family. (14 people) and it was very comfortable, the house is very well furnished, the kitchen is very spacious and has everything you need. It is 1 block from the beach, it is very close to arrival. Mrs. Katherin and Mr. Fabio are always due to any needs. It was great I would definitely come back. Also the Sector where the house is located seems to me very safe and quiet. Both day and night. Overall 10/10

Our first time to Santiago de Tolú, the images don’t do justice for how peaceful and beautiful this place is. Alvaro was very responsive throughout our stay, he informed us of all the services and amenities that Nido Homes offered. For an extra cost we had Angelica cooking for us, worth every penny she made sure to make delicious local dishes and her hospitality made our experience better. We also did relaxing massages by the beach and was the perfect end to our stay. Thank you Angelica for making us feel right at home.

Excellent and beautiful place with privacy; and very close to the beach

The place is very nice and cozy, it's worth it considering what you pay for the place, one of the days they had music a little loud until late but not much which is fine with me, it says they have salt, pepper and oil which is not the case but we asked for salt and they gave it to us, very kind, the place is a bit far from the beach, 20/30 minutes walk, it's recommended that everyone who goes has their own transportation since it is a bit complex to get transportation nearby and they don't have contacts of people who can provide transportation service, nor information about it, in general a good experience considering the cost-benefit

We had a very pleasant time in Apartahotel Coveñas, it is very comfortable, quiet, nice; as described you have to walk a few blocks towards the beach, around we find restaurants, shops and transport on hand without becoming noisy. Excellent attention.

21.04.25 I visited the place where this accommodation is located 3 years ago, and every time I come to Tolú I try to stop by to see its progress. This place has things that not every beach place has, such as: 1. 10/10 Beachfront. It really is a few meters from the sea, in fact from the balcony or the room you can see the imposing waves at dusk, as if you were right there, and the sunrises full of absolute calm. 2. 10/10 Privacy. They are public beaches, however the place is far from the center of Tolú, so there are not as many vendors as there are in Rodadero Santa Marta or Cartagena. But if there are any, they are there on time. 3. The apartment itself. It is an apartment of about 40 m2, what happens is that they have a balcony to delight in the immensity of the sea from the front row. It has a living room and a table with chairs. It's a 1st floor, but there are 3 of them and you can also go to the terrace to sunbathe, there are chairs for sunbathing and views of the mangrove. Recommended

A spectacular view, the apartment has everything you need. Maybe a couple of things in the bathrooms need maintenance, but everything is very clean and functional. It has nothing to do with the apartment, but I do NOT recommend the walk to San Bernardo del Viento. I don't know what a lot of people want, music, beer and the occasional scare with a stranded boat, I do not recommend the public beach. If you want nature and enjoy the beach, it's better to go somewhere else or to one of the private hotels on the islands.
