Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Suchitepéquez Department

Was a delight to have the opportunity to spend with my husband, my son and his girlfriend. We all had our own private accommodations, with shared community spaces and places for alone time! Vanessa's place is just like heaven, beautiful surroundings and she kept with new improvements all the time. The quality service that Rudy provides ( the house keeper) is awesome, he is always attentive to our needs and is very polite. We have booked Vanessa's house 3 times now, and are always happy to come back every Spring break.

It’s a good place. It’s very center little bit noisy because of the church in front other than that everything was great. I will stay there again.

I loved this Airbnb so much. it is literally directly over all the action and I had a blast being in the center of it all. It also is surprisingly quiet in the bedroom despite being on the main street. The AC was excellent and I loved the balcony. if I could 10 stars I would. definitely goes into top 3 favorite Airbnbs I have stayed in.

We had a lovely stay, the view is amazing and it’s very calm and peaceful, but still relatively quick to get to the centre of San Pedro (20 min walk). We would definitely come back!

Great place to stay in San Pedro! You cannot beat the location. Street market vendors with fresh produce just around the corner. Hot water in the apartment. Right next to a lovely park. 10 min walk to water taxis. We stayed here a week and it was absolutely perfect! The upstairs outdoor area was cute, I wish we took advantage of it more! Thanks again.

I stayed here on glorious week and could have stayed another. The place was exactly as described and the rooftop deck/kitchen was an amazing place to work and chill. It was a 50 yard walk to the lake and only a 5-10 walk to the main tourist area. It’s also about as peaceful as San Pedro gets. Town has a party vibe so you will still hear music at night and the occasional dog barking but nothing that even cheap earplugs can’t handle.

Every friendly host, told us about some restaurants that were excellent!! That a great stay altogether!! Definitely got some beautiful pictures of the view!!

Ana gave super clear instructions, she was very friendly and the apartment is super well located for getting around, the apartment is exactly as indicated in the description and has everything you need.

Excellent if you go to the Irtra parks, just 7 minutes away, in a very quiet condominium.

I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a more relaxed stay. The view of San Pedro from the balcony was absolutely beautiful! I ended up spending more time at the unit in the hammock for that reason. There is no A/C (as most accommodations in the area) but you can leave the windows open to cool down at night (I didn’t have any insect problems during my stay). The unit is situated between San Pedro and San Juan so you’ll have easy access to both areas via tuktuk. San Pedro is a loud nightlife area so bring ear plugs (also what other guests have mentioned in their reviews so I was aware when I had booked this). I’m not sure if there are any other spots that you could get the same view without the noise. The unit is outside of the main busy areas so there aren’t any restaurants nearby but it’s really easy to grab a tuktuk right out front for very little (10-15 GTQ). Clemente was also very kind and very responsive. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe staying here.

Everything was excellent, very nice, spacious, tidy and clean. The view on the terrace was the best, seeing the sunset and sunrise was very beautiful... my family was delighted, I'll be back in the future.

Mario was very friendly, attentive and was available for any requests. I liked the place because it had everything we needed for our comfort...
