Everything was fine. I recommend this place!

We were more than positively surprised. The house is just wonderful. As soon as here, we could hardly leave the everyday stress behind us elsewhere. The house, which was located in the middle of the forest and in the mountains and directly on the water, brought a fundamentally relaxed atmosphere. Everything in the house was consistent. You quickly realized that a lot of love was put in here. Thanks for the nice, if unfortunately much too short time!

We had some very nice days here. The place is ideal for families and couples with dogs - the small garden with direct access to the creek was definitely a highlight for our dogs. The place "Sand" is ideally located for day trips to the limestone Alps and Steyr is just a stone's throw away. Rebecca and Petra took care of us super hospitable and warmly - we will be happy to come back.

We were in the Stegerhütte as a group and had a great time. Andreas welcomed us warmly and gave us great tips for hiking. The cabin itself is perfect with a lovely garden. We will definitely be back!

Christian was very proactive, responsive and communication was stress-free with him. His apartment is big enough to host 6 people, has an amazing sunny balcony to enjoy breakfast with friends and has a very beautiful swimming pool in the courtyard. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for a peaceful quiet time in Christkindl/Steyr.

Very nice family. Our children were able to stay/play everywhere on the farm and interact with the animals. The accommodation has everything you need. Had very nice days despite rainy weather.

Visit Austria, stay here ... great space, facilities, amenities and impressive surrounding. Pool in a lush garden and private rooms for teenagers. Fully equipped kitchen (with herbs and stuff) make life easy and comfortable. Highly recommendable !

Everything fit, very nice apartment, you have everything you need. We were 6 adults and stayed 2 nights. 2 had to sleep in very low cribs, but we knew that beforehand and already fit. 2 very spacious baths. We didn't cook, some of the dishes are already a bit worn. All in all very happy.

We thought the apartment was great! Very cozy and spacious, we immediately felt at home. Particularly positive to note that there was also enough space at the dining table for five people, which is often not the case. A clear recommendation!

Self check-in with the lockbox was super straightforward. Inside, everything was prepared for us and we were greeted with a little attention! Since it was New Year's Eve, we even got lucky charm! ☘️ Thanks again for that! All in all great!

The environment around the house is just beautiful and so peaceful. The house itself was also really nice, clean and fully packed with everything that would come handy (kitchenware as well). We also tried 3 of the hikes Marianne recommended and they were all quite breathtaking - our favourite was Gleinkersee. I recommend this house if you are okay with cooking or prepping the meals for yourselves, as there is not really any restaurant or store nearby, within walkable distance. Also, I think it was not mentioned in the description, but only the lower section of the house is yours, there is a resident over you - still the location is absolutely calm and relaxing!

The place is very clean and tidy. The residents of the complex are very friendly and helpful, as are Dorothea. I thought the house itself in which the apartment is located was creepy but the location is great and the rest is also right.

A house with beautiful energy and a view, equipped with everything a person needs on vacation. David is a very kind host who has arranged a Christmas tree for us as well. Great hiking options all around, even without using a car. Thank you.

I am very happy with the accommodation and will be happy to be a guest again in the future when I will be there again.
