Everything was as required . Place was at a nice , neat / clean and at peaceful location . Maryanne was helpful and provided lots of local inputs on the places to visit to near by . This helped us a lot . We really had a good time .

Hester is such a great host. Her impromptu assistance as well as communication was really impressive. Me and my best mate wanted to spend the crossover away from the city and its chaos, a break from everything and just have a boys trip. Honestly it was like a dream come true, the place itself is breathtaking. Truly one of the best ones we've been to.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful—clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the pictures. It had everything we needed, with plenty of great amenities on the property that made our stay even more enjoyable. Marlene was lovely, highly recommend this place for a getaway!

Lovely house with the best view. No complaints or regrets. Well equipped for the winter with heated bathrooms and towel racks. Tons of space and feels cozy. The pictures and description does not do this home justice, give it a try!

A wonderful place in a wonderful location. If only we had a but more time to take it all in. If our kids have training at the same venue next year, we will definitely book again and take a bit more time to enjoy it all.

I booked this spot for my boyfriend, Pierre. He thoroughly enjoyed his stay while at a golf tournament. He will definitely be back next year!

We had a great weekend on the farm with friends - good game viewing and hiking on the property. The small dam (pond) made for a nice picnic while the kids swam and paddled. A BIG house and courtyard with braai and boma all to ourselves - excellent for a group. Take some warm clothes, even in summer. The area seems to get a lot of (chilly) wind, but the house itself is warm. The gravel road is corrugated, bumpy and not good - just take it slowly and don't plan on driving around too much (enjoy the farm instead.) Come prepared with all your groceries - shopping involves extra trips on the gravel road.

Always a superb getaway with tranquility all around you. great fishing and a great place to unwind. We also love the decor upgrades and constant improvement of the location! Worth the trip!

A Wonderful Breakaway in Nature We had a great escape from city life, surrounded by nature. The garden is beautiful and the large lawn was perfect for the kids to run around and play. The location offers stunning views of a starry sky, well away from city lights—absolutely magical at night. The house itself is lovely, well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We’ll definitely be coming back. One note: we recommend using a high-clearance vehicle, especially if it’s recently rained. The dirt road has some ditches caused by water runoff that could be tricky for smaller cars. Highly recommended!
