Vacation rentals with a patio in South Bohemian Region

The apartment is very centrally located. Everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance. The decor is made with a lot of love for detail and the amenities are very good. Everything was very clean and tidy, we felt very much. Lenka is very friendly, helpful and always available for any questions.

Great place to stay with jazz vibes in Slavonice! My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay in Slavonice and this Airbnb place definitely contributed to that. It was a separate small apartment that immediately charmed us with its coziness and cleanliness. A big plus was the original jazz style, which gave the room a unique atmosphere. Communication with your host was seamless. He was very helpful and responded to our messages practically immediately. We felt welcome and knew we could reach out to him at any time. We were thrilled by Slavonice and the surrounding area. The town has its charm and there are plenty of beautiful places to explore nearby. The location of the place was perfect for our trips. Overall, we rate this stay to 10 out of 10 and we highly recommend the place to all couples or individuals looking for a cozy, clean and affordable accommodation with a distinctive style in Slavonice. If you like a jazz vibe, you'll be thrilled!

Everything was great. The flat is big enough for 5 people. Restaurants and the lake are not far away only a short walk. Everything was perfect and Tomáš was really nice!

Jirina's apartment was sparkling clean, large, quiet and modernly furnished. You can park your car right by the house. The garden invites you to relax. From the apartment, you are in the center of Budwar in a few minutes on foot. We enjoyed the stay very much and will be happy to come back. Highly recommended for those who want to visit Budwar.

Super apartment by the lake. We spent two nights. Everything worked out great. Unfortunately, in the month of February/March there is not much going on, but it's still fun!

Overall great stay for a couple. The apartment is nice & clean, it has a dedicated bathroom & WC. Two balcons with interesting view to opposite sides. There is a dedicated large private parking spot under the building available. Close to the nature on the edge of the city (Hluboka nad Vltavou etc.). Big shopping mall nearby. A lot of space with new furniture. Just the lights above the dining area could be somehow better. Above-average kitchen equipment. Big fridge with big freezer - good for someone who brings their own food or cook by himself. Maybe one additional medium-sized cooking pot would be even more handy.

Very friendly communication, super fast answers! Apartment was modern, spacious, clean and tidy, there was really everything you needed! Apartment is on the 2nd floor of a high-rise building with elevator, which is very quiet and you can always find a parking space right in front of the house. Tourists can't be found in the immediate vicinity, a supermarket and a restaurant are within walking distance. A very nice bike path to the Vltava is directly accessible, from which you can circle the lake! The property is approx. 5 km from Lipno and therefore central for activities with kids! Check out was super flexible and after there was no follow-up booking we could leave the apartment that day whenever we wanted! We would book vacation here again anytime!

Beautiful little cozy

We absolutely loved our stay in the house. It felt like a home away from home. Gabriela provided lots of information and quickly responded to any question we had. The area is so peaceful and there is lots to see and do. Thank you Gabriela and Sona!

We enjoyed our visit and the Airbnb was beautifully decorated. We found the driveway outside the bedroom window a bit loud and the security light outside the window was bright when it came on in the middle of the night.

Peaceful location, perfect with dog in the adjacent forest.

It was just a wonderful week in a beautiful house. We've all felt right at home Our highlight was the sauna and the Jacuzzi. It was like a wellness vacation. 👌🤗 The surroundings were also very nice. Lots of nature and beautiful hiking trails and many big cities can be reached by car in an hour. František was very nice, answered some questions very quickly, the check-in with key box was totally straightforward. Thanks František for your mega house🥹🥹 we will be back.

We had a lovely stay and felt like at home. Flat is spacious, safe, clean, bright and situated in a quiet residential area. Host is very responsive and accomodating. I would stay here again as it was very comfy.

Modern place, all clean. The only drawback was the main road, which is quite busy. The distance to the center in 15 minutes slow walk, so great. When we go to Krumlov, we will definitely use it again.

We had a magnificent stay at Veronika's place. The place is super nice and Veronika and her husband are great hosts. We felt right at home. On top of that, the place is absolutely awesome for kids. Great location of the apartment - next to the ski slope, hiking trails, forest. Several restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is clean, tastefully equipped with branded appliances including a sofa bed that can be folded or folded by one movement, plus a perfect mattress that sleeps really well on. The apartment is such a full-fledged accommodation for 4 adults. A big plus is also a private patio with a garden, equipped with a barbecue and a seating area. Host Alena is very welcoming and has tried to accommodate us. We were very pleased with her interest in our satisfaction.
