I had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house! The place is just as cosy and charming as it looks in the pictures. Surrounded by nature, it’s the perfect escape. Whether you want to sail on the lake, go for a forest hike, or just relax while playing some table tennis. One of my favorite parts was enjoying the incredible lake view from the sauna! The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials, which made cooking super convenient. Overall, it truly felt like the perfect holiday home. One tip: make sure to double-check the driving directions Johanna provides beforehand. We accidentally took the wrong path and ended up on a very rough road with lots of rocks, and definitely not ideal for a regular car. Stick to the advised route and you'll be fine. Have fun & enjoy!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus. Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach sensationell und die vielen großen Glasflächen bieten eine wunderschöne Aussicht aufs Wasser zu jeder Tageszeit. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man ausspannen möchte oder mit Familie und Freunde eine tolle Zeit am Strand genießen will.

Johans sted var rigtig fint og rent, og med gode restauranter samt havn i gå afstand. Huset var super rent og rigtig godt indrettet Yderligere er Johan meget venlig og hjælpsom, og hurtigt responderende. Stedet kan klart anbefales og kommer gerne igen. 😊

Vistelsen hos Caroline var väldigt bra! Huset, som ligger på deras uppfart, var väldigt snygg och modern så som den beskrivs samt ren och fräscht Caroline svarade snabbt på de frågor vi hade och in- och utcheckning var väldigt enkel och smidig utan att behöva möta upp värden, vilket underlättade eftersom vi kom fram till Åhus kl 23.00. Huset ligger i ett lugnt villaområde på en lagom promenadavstånd från både Åhus torg och hamn, samt Åhus Havsbad. Uteplatsen är något inklämd mellan huset, deras förråd och staketet mellan grannarna så ser man framför sig att äta mysiga utemiddagar här varje kväll så kan det nog kännas något opersonligt. Vi är det stora hela mycket nöjda och kan varmt rekommendera att hyra huset till andra!

Jacob`s house is really nice, enough space, lovely garden and terrace, well equipped kitchen, sauna for relaxing, close to everything you need, close to the bus station, space for two cars. I felt very comfortable in the house and the communication with Jacob was always great, very friendly. I can recommend to everyone who wants to stay in Ahus at a quiet place close to the beach.

Das Haus von Mads und Johanna ist wunderschön. Die Lage ist phantastisch und man kann selbst bei schlechtem Wetter raus gehen und alles erkunden. Wir waren mit drei Kindern da und wir alle haben jeden Tag genossen und waren traurig, als es nach Hause ging.

Vi fejrede jul i den skønne Købmandsgård. Vi følte os velkomne lige fra vi ankom - huset var oplyst med lyskæder og der var stjerner med lys i i vinduerne. Indenfor var der dejlig varmt og pyntet op til jul. Vi har nydt roen og naturen. Vi har lavet bål ved søbredden og været ude og ro på søen. Købmandsgården skabte de perfekte rammer for vores jul og levede op til beskrivelsen og vores forventninger. Kan klart anbefale Købmandsgården til andre!

Otroligt spännande hus med häftig planlösning och vilken fantastiskt fin lekhörna. Kidsen älskade verkligen utklädningslådan! :) Trädgården var också makalöst fin! Själva inredningen kunde vara lite mer familjär och dubbelsängen i det ena rummet anser vi inte vara en dubbelsäng (om man inte är nyförälskade) Tror det var en 105 säng. Det behöver nog förtydligas. Annars var våningen perfekt för två barnfamiljer.

Perfect for summertime family relaxing in a lovely and quiet neighborhood with only a short and cosy walk to the beautiful sandy beach. Our kids loved swimming and jumping from the Åhus Brygge Pier and playing in the soft sand. We loved the surroundings and would love to come back to Ähus.
