Vacation rentals with a patio in Sokolov District

We checked out this morning and I already miss this apartment! It was really comfortable, everything was perfectly clean and the welcome kit was very appreciated! We traveled with 2 kids and we really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we were there just for 2 nights, but I hope to come back and to stay longer

The apartment is very comfortable for 3 people. It has a parking space, which was essential for us. 15 minutes by car to the center of Karlovy Vary. A supermarket 100 meters away. I'd be back for sure!

A modern, superbly located apartment for walks and trips around the neighborhood. There was always something to do, in case of bad weather, we were happy for paying channels on the TV. In addition, the ground floor offers sitting outside, which is also very nice, and the cat we had with us had such free movement before we went on a trip. To cook, you'll find everything you need in a modern kitchen. Lastly, the owner was always quick to respond to messages. Definitely recommend and thank you.

We were 13 people and two dogs and had enough space for everyone. The communication with Lukas goes well in English, he provides all the important information about the house as an e-paper. The house is clean and has simple decor, but for the price that's totally fine! It is an advantage if you are familiar with heating stoves, as firewood is much cheaper than the electricity for the radiators. We particularly liked the large outdoor area with covered terrace, large meadow and children's toys.

Good place to stay for larger groups. The kitchen is well equipped, the barbecue works. The construction is somewhat rustic. Communication worked out great. The co-host was very helpful.

The time in Lucie's house was wonderful! We didn't miss anything! Everything was as described. Even with questions, Lucie could always help us quickly! The fenced garden was perfect for us with a dog! The coffee roastery next door was a great highlight, the men there very nice. Spontaneously they showed us their roastery and we were able to buy fresh coffee! With 2 adults, 2 children and a dog, we really had a lot of space. We would definitely come back!

Family vacation - 10 children and 6 adults A very nice, somewhat secluded place to stay. The attic room is ideal as a children's kingdom 😄 Beautiful and extensively equipped kitchen, sufficient sanitary facilities. There is enough room for the whole pack in the large main room. Supermarket and similar just 15 minutes by car. We will definitely visit again!

We rented the apartment for a ski holiday and arrived with 2 children. The place was very lovingly decorated and equipped with everything we needed for the stay. At the beginning there was an overview with clear instructions on how to check in or tips for our stay. The apartment was quiet and secluded and it was about 20 minutes by car from Novako ski resort away. We would definitely book it again.

We stayed with 11 men for a weekend together. Check in via lockbox. Top. The room and kitchen were super clean. We will be happy to come back.

It was a great apartment! Very clean and maintained. Check-in went smoothly because all the necessary instructions were given. The bedding was clean, there is even a robot vacuum cleaner that can be used as needed. There is nothing to complain about. The only thing missing was an elevator, as the apartment is on the third floor (suitcase), but this cannot be attributed to the host:)

Nikola's place is as advertised: spacious, clean and very nice for a stay with the family. Very spacious kitchen and living room and very comfortable night areas, with plenty of storage space. The area is very well connected, with a large supermarket 5 minutes by foot and with the gardens and fountain of the village another 15-minute walk. Easy street parking. Good and quick communication with Nikola. We highly recommend this place!

Katerina’s apartment is very cozy and has a home-like feeling. It has a million-dollar view to the mountains and historic center of the village. Wi-Fi is fast and stable, kitchen is fully equipped, bed is comfortable. Multiple big supermarkets are within walking distance, and it takes only 10 minutes to reach the palace, park and old town area. Katerina is a very kind and helpful host, our communication went flawless, and she was willing to assist us with any issues. Stay definitely recommended.

The apartment is very clean and comfortably furnished. The location near the center is ideal, you can reach everything on foot in a few minutes and yet it is quietly located. We are very satisfied and had a very nice stay.

Simply exceptional apartment. In a magnificent house, it is very spacious, beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and very functional. Interaction with the host is warm and easy. We recommend this accommodation without hesitation, and hope to return ourselves soon.

Very great atmosphere, which will certainly change in the next few years due to the construction work. The place is super stylishly furnished, clean and offers a great start for hikes in the area. We will be happy to come back!
