Vacation rentals with a patio in Simrishamn

We stayed in Johan's apartment for 6 nights with 4 people. The apartment is very nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. We were able to sleep wonderfully in the beds. The open kitchen/kitchen-living room our main place to stay. Although we didn't have good weather, time hasn't been long for us. We met Johan. He is very nice and took good care of us. I had a great time staying with Cissi! She is an amazing host, being really proactive and giving tips of how to best get around the city and more. The flat was really great to stay at, also for a longer stay. I stayed there on a business trip for about 5 weeks and had everything I would have ever needed during that time. The cozy and homey interior of the flat made me feel right at home from day one of staying there and gave me a perfect place to relax after work and on the weekends. I had a great stay at Cissis and would definitely stay at hers again when I am back in Lund!

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a weekend and everything was amazing! Mats was incredibly helpful, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The room itself was spotless and so cozy, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location was also fantastic—centrally located and in a lovely area. The garden was under renovation so we couldn´t really apreciate it but I think it will look amazing after renovation and it makes me want to come back to experience it. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient stay to make your visit special!

Diego is a great host! It was a special stay at his beautiful house with stunning sea view and very tasty cider from his own production. We got lots of amazing recommendations from him and the enchanted Nationalpark is only a 10 minute walk away! Totally recommend a visit.

We enjoyed our stay at Anna's very much. It was the perfect place to wait out the more uncomfortable part of the Malmö winter weather and get back to for warming up after braving the cold and the wind.

Jiovana is generally a very nice person and a great host. She was very easy to communicate with and she made sure our stay at her place was a pleasant one. The place is nicely decorated and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay in the city. We would definitely come again.

Beautiful house with spectacular views of the ocean. We arrived in the night, so the morning brought our first glimpse of that spectacular view of the sunrise from the second-floor window. What a beautiful welcome to Bornholm! AArsdale is a quiet and scenic town with a fun bar and a few restaurants. Once we got our bikes, it was an easy and beautiful off-highway path right into Svaneke and more shops and restaurants. We made it to a lot of sights on e-bikes and loved the journeys on the bikes. For the last day we got a car for the further away sights. As "icing on the cake", our children got engaged by the ocean down from the house, so we'll always have a very special memory and feeling towards Sine's house. 💚

Excellent location inside the forest, peaceful and private! Relatively close by car to grocery stores. Very comfy and clean! We really enjoyed the jacuzzi and the sound system! Richard and Emelie were very friendly, always responsive and really flexible with the check in and out times! We would definitely visit again in the future!

It's the second time we rent this home and we are just as happy this time! Very cozy apartment, clean and nice, there is everything you need. Fantastic nice surroundings. Great landlords!

We rented Petra's nice house 4 nights over new year to get away from the big city's firecrackers and rockets. The house worked great for us (me, my roommate, our nine-month-old baby and our leapid dog). Petra was very friendly and quick in his communication. The house was incredibly cozy and well equipped, and there was plenty of old-world charm while feeling fresh and recently renovated. We mostly stayed at home and indoors due to the weather but appreciated our dog and carriage walks in the area. Great grocery stores are a short drive away and we lacked nothing during our stay. Would love to come back another time!

Thomas’s place was fantastic… outstanding communication… co hosts Vivian and Henning are a sweet and accommodating couple… they all made me feel at home… it was easy to get to the place with public transportation which Thomas kindly explained… the location is very private and quiet… the place was clean and I was supplied with everything I needed to prepare meals… I felt very welcomed and cared for… I would definitely come back to stay.

The accommodation was clean and just as described, we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful experience during my stay! The cottage was exactly as in the pictures – clean, well equipped and very cozy. Location was perfect, view nature connection to traffic. The host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to messages, making check-in smooth and the entire stay even better. I really felt at home and would absolutely book here again the next time I'm in the area. Thank you for a great experience! We got to have the pool private as well as very clean.

Had a wonderful week at Kicki and Martin's place in Österlen. Absolutely magical home in an incredibly beautiful setting. Will miss the sunsets at the field. Close to beaches and other places of interest. Highly recommend!🥰🌻

We immediately felt comfortable in Amy's beautiful apartment. Apart from the apartment, we really liked the location. You could go to nice cafes and/or go shopping in the vicinity. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, but is still very central. You can walk to Stortorget in 15 minutes. There was a small problem with the front door, but Amy always responded very quickly, took care of it and had pragmatic solutions until the door was repaired. I would like to book the apartment again immediately if I am in Malmö for a few days.

Stayed at Mette's house to take a course in Lund. The place was big, nice and close to university. Recommended!

Chandrika was great at communicating and helpful with a flexible check-in time. The place is nice and spacious and close to a local park, restaurants bars etc. I would recommend to anyone.

Super nice place with a great location right on the beach. Daniel is a great host and was very accessible and also reached out to us himself about excursion destinations. The only negative point was the bedroom that could not be completely darkened, which was quite unusual in connection with the spots outside the building that were always switched on at night. If in doubt, bring a sleep mask, then that's no problem.
