Vacation rentals with beach access in Seeb

Karin is an excellent host with an absolute gem of a property! We were greeted on arrival and shown around the very clean and beautifully smelling property. We had come prepared but there wasn’t any need, as EVERYTHING we could possibly need was already there. From coffee to shower gel! It really felt like a home away from home. The roof top space was exceptional, with a BBQ, sun loungers, dining spaces, dreamy lights and the most beautiful plants! Our favourite part was the view and location! We really couldn’t have asked for more and our children didn’t want to ever leave! Thank you for sharing your wonderful property with us. It was such a big part of Oman experience and a trip we will never forget. Your recommendations, especially our trip to the Dimaniyat Islands were much appreciated. We can’t imagine visiting Onan again and not staying here, so we hope we will meet again one day!

I'm really delighted to write my feedback on Waleed's flat... the place was absolutely amazing so nice, clean and well organized. The location was wonderful..easy to find and close to tourists sites. I'd like also to thank Waleed for being so helpful... in general, the flat is gorgeous and can't recommend it enough.

The apartment is one of the best that I ever lived in nice view accessible . Said and his brother Faisal are really reactive whenever we had anything they were answering rapidly I was glad we had to choose this

Abdullah’s place is a little gem.. situated @ Juman, the building has much higher standard than other buildings at the Mouj. What is so unique is the view, which you can enjoy from the very big balconies, Albudllah is a great host, and he planned everything to make the place a home form home : water bottles, great coffee machine, essentials at the fridge , all you need to clean/ use @ the kitchen, some fabulous touches all around the flat, that make it such a great experience. I had asked Abdullah to arrange extra items that were required specifically for us, and this was done so well and kindly. Abdullah does respond very quickly and always available for any requests… We shall be back… as we were very sad to leave!!! Oman is such a fabulous place and what makes it so special is the kindness of Omanis. Abdullah is a true reflection of this… kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Essa per due notti e ci siamo toscani molto bene. La casa è spaziosa ed è molto carino il fatto di avere il balconcino per fare colazione. L’appartamento è proprio sul porto e dal terrazzo si vede il mare. A pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono numerosi ristoranti e il souq. Essa è stato un ottimo host, ci ha dato consigli molto utili e si è assicurato che tutto fosse okay. Consigliamo!

Very peaceful and convenient location. Restaurants and supermarkets are all walkable . Super clean and tidy place. The host is very friendly and responsive. 5-star!

Exactly what I was looking for, a simple and peaceful escape from the rush of the world. I took the folding chair to the beach and read my book with my feet in the sand. Great host and lovely location

Large space for friends and family. A bit far from city center but very close to sea side, 3 mins walk to the beach for sunrise. Great staff.

A charming, renovated villa with a pretty shared courtyard and within 2 minutes walking distance to the beautiful bay and beach. The villa is simple and more spacious than appears though kitchen is snug! It is a very quiet town but this suited us perfectly as a place to relax. Qantab is close to many other places to visit too. The host was helpful and we had everything we needed. Hope to visit again!

Great place, better than pictures, felt like at home, the house is really beautiful! One only downside were the cars coming and going on the beach at night outside the house and people having barbeques next to the cars leaving a lot of rubbish! we have been during Eid celebrations so the number of car was probably higher than normal!

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement. Le quartier est très sympathique et l'appartement est proche de la marina ainsi que des commerces/bars. Appartement confortable et globalement bien équipé même si il manque quelques ustensiles pour cuisiner. La piscine est un gros plus. Je recommande ! Merci

Die Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft und Bader ist der beste Gastgeber, den ich bislang hatte. Die Wohnung ist neu, sauber und extrem konfortabel. Sie lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Bader ist einfach toll: Er hat mir nicht rund um die Wohnung, sondern auch rund um de gesamten Aufenthalt seine Hilfe angeboten. Hilfsbereit, verständnisvoll umd freundlich. Würde immer und immer wieder Baders Unterkunft mieten. Danke für Alles!

This is one of the best airbnb I have stayed so far. Hassan is a kind person and the room he rents as well as the attached private bathroom were spotlessly clean. Around the area - which is very close to the airport - there are also numerous restaurants. Higly recommend.

Otelin sahibi Mr.Baseel, çok iyi ve yardım eden biri. Havalimanından otobüsle ve biraz yürüyerek toplam 20 -25 dakika da ulaşabilirsiniz yani havalimanına yakın olması avantaj.Kendi yemek pişirebileceğiniz mutfak var.Bedava kahve. Oturma odası çok güzel ,LED TV, kitaplar ,müzik aletleri ve yeni insanlarla tanışabilirsiniz arkadaşlık ortamı var. Çok tatlı bir Scottish Fold kedisi var.😇 Marketlere ve Restoranlara yakın.İlk gün yolları biraz şaşırabilirsiniz mutlaka Harita uygulaması kullanın ilk gün. Yeni insanlarla tanışmak sosyalleşmek ve havalimanina yakın yerde konaklamak isteyenlere tavsiye ederim

Hatem is an amazing host and person. I am planning to return to Oman to explore it even more and I would definitely stay at Hatem’s place again. We arrived at 4 AM and it was very easy to check in. Hatem was always available to support with any anything that we needed. He helped us with local recommendations and he pointed us to an amazing pastry😊. The beach is 5 minutes walk and Azaiba beach which for us was much nicer 5 minutes drive. Car rental from my perspective is a must in Oman. All in all a very nice experience.

The Apartment felt like home, clean, tidy and accessible to every single thing you need in your own comfort zone. The entire house is safe for kids, switches to every single plug, The house itself is really peaceful and has a nice Omani vibe that really met our needs, clean sheets, clean bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Issam is such a nice guy, very friendly and very responsive all the way, he made sure we had everything we needed before we arrived. I myself will rent it more in the future and refer it to friends and family.

Abdullah apartment situated in one of Muscat prestigious area Almouj . Close to The Marina where many Restaurants and Hotels like the Kempenesky . Well recommended . The host is excellent and always ready to help .

Emplacement de rêve, appartement/villa de style méditerranéen sublime, quartier résidentiel... Tout était à un niveau d'excellence rarement vu! Ce que mes amis et moi-même avons adoré ? Absolument tout! Ce que nous avons détesté ? Le moment où il a fallu quitter l'appartement pour rentrer à Paris...! Zahir et son équipe sont aussi discrets que sympathiques, aussi efficaces que professionnels. Expérience à revivre les yeux fermés. Un produit AirBNB à recommander sans l'ombre d'une hésitation. La belle plage de Qurum Beach est atteignable après un bon jogging, un énorme hypermarché très achalandé est à proximité immédiate de l'appartement, et le calme est garanti ! A très vite, sans hésiter, et merci à Zahir.
