Vacation rentals with a patio in Sea of Marmara

The manager, Mr. Bashar, was very helpful throughout our stay. He even arranged transport for us to/from IST airport, we truly appreciated. The property is on flat land, just a 2-minute walk from Osmanbey Metro Station. The area is lively, plenty of eateries, cafes, & convenience stores nearby. It's a small duplex with 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, sharing 1 bathroom. The staircase to the upper floor might be a bit steep for some, so do check if that’s a concern. The furniture is a little dated but still functional. There are two TVs—in living room & in main bedroom (a few satellite channels), but the remote for the living room TV needs fixing (before the next guest). The location is excellent—just one metro stop to Taksim & on M2 line. Can reach almost all major attractions via Metro/Tram connections, so there's really no need to stay right in the middle of the tourist zone. A great place to stay with a fantastic location. Gerçekten çok sıcak ve dostcanlısı bir ev sahipliği, çok hızlı yanıtlar ve net talimatlar vermekte, Hakan bey’e bunlardan ötürü çok teşekkür ederim. Çok sakin bir muhit ancak arabayla geliyorsanız park yeri bulmak zor olabiliyor o yüzden ücretli otopark istemiyorsanı ana caddeye bırakmanız gerekebiliyor. Evin manzarası çok hoştu, çok basit giriş çıkışlar, gerçekten keyifli bir seyahat oldu.

I stayed in this apartment for 5 days. It was just like the pictures, very clean and modern. The location is great - just a 15-minute walk to Taksim Square and 30 minutes to Nisantasi. Burak and his father were very kind, helpful, and always there for us. Everything worked perfectly, and if I come back to Istanbul, I would definitely book this Airbnb again. Thankyou!🌸

Wij zijn een gezin van 6 met 4 tiener kids. Wij hebben meer ruimte nodig dan een doorsnee hotelkamer wanneer we meerdere dagen in een stad zijn. Het appartement was op dat vlak super. Het app ligt in een leuke wijk, heel centraal en heeft een fantastisch zicht op de Bosphorus en Aziatische kant. Het app is ruim, heeft 2 slaapkamers met een dubbel bed en 1 slaapkamer met een enkel bedje waar je onderaan nog eens een onderkant kan uittrekken om nog een slaaphelft te maken maar dat zijn erg dunne matrassen. Onze zoon heeft op een matras op de grond geslapen. De staat van het appartement was iets minder dan ik had verwacht. Je ziet schade van vocht, een brandje die er moet geweest zijn, de ramen en deuren naar het terras sluiten wel af maar lijken makkelijk open te breken. Ik had wel een beetje schrik dat men makkelijk via terras binnen kon komen. Toegang tot het app ENKEL via heel veel trappen, meer dan 150. Niet met auto bereikbaar. Heel leuk verblijf maar telkens al die trappen...

Evin içi çok güzel dekore edilmişti. Her şey temizdi. Evin konumu birçok yere çok yakındı.

Müge hanımın rüya evinde harika bir 4 günlük bayram tatili geçirdik. Hangi birinden bahsetsem bilmiyorum. Ev, bahçe, dekorasyon, lokasyon herşey ama herşey zevkimize göreydi. Müge hanımda oldukça nazik bir ev sahibiydi teşekkür ediyoruz herşey için. Evde herşey bizim için düşünülmüş ve hazırdı. Doğa severler için ve sakinlik sevenler için son derece keyifli biryer, şiddetle tavsiye edilir👍

شقة واسعة مكونة من صالتين وغرفتي نوم السراير مريحة ونظيفة واثاثها ممتاز شاشتين تلفزيون كبيرة جدا اثنين بلكونة للجلسات والشوي مطبخ جيد مواقف سيارات امام الباب مجاني كل شي كان جميل ولكن في غرف النوم لايوجد طاولات بجانب السرير يمكن وضع الاشياء عليها

It was a real pleasure to stay at your place during our visit to Istanbul. The place is very nice and very clean, and there’s all we needed during our stay. Very close to everything shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions just 5min walk to the blue mosque and hagia Sofia mosque. The place has two floors and makes it like two apartments in one and this was great for us, we stayed in one floor with the kids and gave the second floor to my mom and my niece who came with us. The host was very professional, polite and very helpful. He provided a great service he organised the taxi for us from and to the airport and even walked us through the nearby area and showed us the better shops and restaurants and the different shortcuts to get to centre. Thanks a million for everything and we really appreciate!!

The view from this house is incredible. I really havent seen a better view than this. The garden in front is wonderful to sit at and enjoy the landscape. The neighborhood and house was very quiet, and its quite private. The street is not busy. The house has everything you need for cooking meals and it was all clean. The bathroom and shower is generously sized, I loved it, and the heater and AC work very well, cooling down quickly if you need it or heating up quickly if you need it. Also, there were many streaming options on the tv, which is great. The host was responsive and very kind. We had no issues here. But seriously, the landscape is very very gorgeous and the price was very reasonable.

Ev sahipleri tarafından güler yüzle karşılandık. Biz 6 öğretmen arkadaşımıza kına gecesi ve bekarlığa veda partisi yaptık. Çok keyif aldığımız bir ortamdı. Çok temizdi. Mutfak eşyaları yeteri kadardı. Yatak ve çarşaflar temizdi. Eşyalar a kalitedeydi.Evin sıcaklığı ve en önemlisi havuzun sıcaklığı çok iyiydi. Gecenin ilerleyen saatlerinde bile havuz sıcacıktı.Tekrardan gidilecek bir yer.

Ev merkez bir konumda göle çok yakın. Temizlik gayet iyidi. Nevresimler havuz vs temizlik açısından hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Eşyalar yeni ve ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her şey vardı. Yalnızca jakuzinin kapağı kapanmıyordu. Onu kullanamadık. Ve yola çok yakın olduğu için araba sesleri geliyor ama kışın gidecekseniz çok sorun olmaz

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property and it truly exceeded our expectations. The house was immaculate and very well-equipped, making us feel right at home. The view of the sea was simply breathtaking. The host was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. The amenities were top-notch, and everything was exactly as described in the listing.

Apartment is located very close to galata tower. The location is perfect with sunset view from the roof. Lots of restaurants, cafe and bars around. Apartment is located on4th floor and building doesn’t have elevator so a good source of workout. Warm, quiet space with loads of windows. I felt at home. Fully equipped with amenities.

What team was excellent through and through. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this Airbnb.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful two-level apartment. The space is thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and a cozy yet modern feel. One of the highlights was the lush garden—perfect for morning coffee or just relaxing in a peaceful, green setting. The balcony upstairs offered lovely views and added a great touch of privacy. The location is very secluded and quiet, ideal for anyone looking to unwind, but also felt incredibly safe and secure throughout my stay. It truly felt like a little hidden oasis. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

It’s just minutes away from markets and great local restaurants, which made daily errands and dining out super fun and convenient. This was one of my favorite Istanbul stays! Both the location & the house were amazing & so we enjoyed going out & staying in in our cozy space. Very stylish & smart design. The host is super responsive & very helpful. We truly enjoyed this stay & definitely coming back ✨
