The appartment was nice but a bit small for us as we were 4 adults with a few luggage as it miss space for storage. A bit far from the main road but if you trust motocycle ride they are available at the entrance of the appartment. It is well maintain, clean with all amenities just like home

Comfy & cozy and yet, spacious! Felt like a “home away from home” from the moment I arrived! Nuttama was an extremely helpful and responsive host from the start offering excellent suggestions on great places to eat nearby according to my particular tastes and, mentioned other helpful conveniences nearby, too. Nice building and, adjacent to a hotel with onsite restaurants. Loved the scent wafting through air in the lobby! Cool city view and yet, still felt private being on the 17th floor, with not one but, two balconies! Nice tub for a soak too, in addition to the separate enclosed shower area.

2nd time staying. affordable and fuss free. apartment is clean and functional and close to BTS. would definitely stay again.

Overall, great accommodation. The hosts are so nice! The apartment was very clean and nice. Internet was reliable. Super safe and secure. Good location, a short walk to Bang Na station which can take you to central Bangkok. Great amenities. The gym was never crowded and had quality equipment. A nice co-work area, multiple pools, a running track, places to lounge, and a billiards lounge. There were several vending machines on site and a 7 eleven under building A.

It's a nice area south of Bangkok, the room was pretty much as described and the owner is really attentive and kind

The place is clean, and the apartment is very well-equipped. All facilities such as the washing machine, iron, and hair dryer worked well. The amenities were complete. However, the air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom was a bit warm—perhaps it could be checked. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Great stay. Yang was very nice and helpful. We loved the location and the facilities. Beautiful view and the space was perfect. Very helpful having the washing machine. We will definitely come back! The area opposite the condo is perfect to sit and relax for fresh air and lovely views with the sunrise

le logement était conforme au photos mais pas très propre. vaiselle pour seulement 2 personnes alors que nous étions 3. Obligation d'avoir un véhicule parceque un peu éloigné de tout. pour le reste tout était parfait

The Host: fantastic communicator! Responsive, accommodating, and empathetic to our all of needs from the moment we booked till post check-out. The Listing: beautiful skyline views! Clean interiors, great AC, warm water, and had everything we needed for a long term stay. The building staff were extremely kind and generous. The Location: everything you need within 2 km walking distance. If you don’t want to walk, the building mgmt also provided shuttle services to BTS Thong Lo & Ekkamai.

Thanks to this house and the owner, I was able to have a comfortable stay in Bangkok. This is a great place to stay with children. The room is big and spacious. However, it was a sad that the floor coating peeled off. It needs some remodeling, but it has tuk-tuk service, friendly security, a swimming pool, and quietness. This is a very satisfactory accommodation.

송크란에 맞춰 묵었던 숙소인데 가격대비 룸컨디션이 너무 좋아 매우 맘에 들었습니다. 내부는 흠잡을데 없이 깔끔했고 청결했으며 직원들도 친절했습니다. 다음에 또 방콕에 방문한다면 다시 머무르고 싶습니다.

Another great stay in a clean apartment with a very convenient location. Most of all, Thip was a fantastic host — super flexible and understanding. I’ll gladly stay at Thip’s place should I return to Bangkok in the future.

Really enjoyed a week in this super functional little flat! Fantastic facilities in the building. Small grocery store and lots of street food nearby. MRT very close. Recommend!

Nice little Apartment near BTS Station Punawithi. Can be a bit cleaner but Srirungroj will talk with her staff. Every time a really good communication and she responds very fast. Checking was easy. Air BNB is not permitted for daily/weekly so if you stay a month no Problem. A lot of good street food and restaurants around this area. When I'm back in Bangkok i will come back. Thanks for the nice stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Alex’s place! Alex is an incredibly kind and attentive host — communication was smooth and he always responded promptly to any questions I had, making the whole experience effortless. The apartment was spotlessly clean, exactly as described in the listing, and very well-equipped with everything I needed. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and conveniently located, making it easy to get around and also perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Alex also prepared a very detailed check-in guide and thoughtful amenities, which made me feel very welcome and at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Alex’s place to anyone visiting the area!

Great place, very close to the train. Clean, quite and relaxing apartment. The pools is very nice.

Very convenient to the BTS. Local market very close for groceries and meals. Beautiful rooftop pool area. Convenient 7/11 at base of building. Enjoyed my stay.

My wife and I stayed here for a month over March - April and loved the place. it was perfect for our needs, and located in a really interesting, local neighborhood. Definitely recommended.
