Zura was a fantastic host – always available, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is perfectly located right on the main street in the city centre, making everything easily accessible. Highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and convenient experience!

The apartment is new, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. It is well located, with several grocery stores and bakers within a two minute walk and the bars and restaurants off the old city centre within a ten minute walk. Sophia, the host, was very friendly and helpful

Nino is an awesome friendly host who tried to make sure I had a wonderful stay. I was a bit stressed out at the night of the stay, as I had a late check-in and extremely early check-out, but Nino made sure I did not have any trouble with getting in and out. The place is very cozy and the view is amazing. There is also a supermarket right on the other side of the street, so the location is incredible in any possible way. Thank you Nino for letting me stay at your place, even though my stay was very short I would choose to stay at your property whenever I have a chance to stay in Kutaisi:)

Such a great place — we enjoyed every minute of it! There were three of us staying here. It’s located near the river with an amazing garden. The atmosphere is super chill and cozy. There’s a fireplace inside, and we made a fire there in the evenings. On top of that, there’s a family-owned restaurant with delicious traditional Georgian food. I’m definitely saving this place to my favorites — and I’ll for sure be back!

If you’re looking for a nice small and quiet apartment in the heart of the old town of Kutaisi, this apartment is your way to go. The apartment has everything what you need for 2 people to live in there. It is small, but very comfortable. The best part is the location: you have supermarkets, great restaurants and Cafes all around your corner. The only downside for me would be that there’s not really space in the kitchen to let your pots and pans dry. But other than that the kitchen has everything what you need. I would always come back for a nice and quiet stay in Kutaisi.

The place was magical and everything from the mountains views to the restaurants in area was incredible, it was close to Mestia and other attractions in the mountains that we explored through our visit. Before reaching there, the road was a bit rough but nothing we didn’t expect, The stay was very clean with all the amenities we expected and more which was amazing !
