Absolutely amazing place and Elettra is ready with recommendations on everything and also offered to take on one of the trips she talked about. Cheap and really amazing place up on a small mountain. You have to drive to everything, and you don't have to get in a large SUV because the roads are small. Our Volvo XC90 had to back up and give way quite a few times.

My family and I stayed here for 8 nights, and I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The owners were very welcoming and friendly, providing us with local information about Pisa and the surrounding area. The house was spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything needed during your stay. The location was a short, peaceful walk into the centre. We loved every minute of being there and didn't want to leave. We would definitely like to come back for a second stay.

Sergio's place is fantastic and Sergio is a great host! I almost don't want to say how wonderful our experience was, for fear it will be hard to get in the future. The location is walkable to anywhere you want to be in Florence. The apartment is spacious and having two bathrooms was convenient. Sergio was incredibly responsive and just gave you the sense he was there to make your trip great. This was our first time to Italy and it is going to be hard to find places in other locations that live up to the standard Sergio and his place set.

This place is simply amazing and Simona is probably the best host you can find, she makes you feel like a family friend and not just a guest. She made quite q few recommendations (even after leaving her place) that really made a difference. The house, the restaurant, the staff, the surrounding area, the swimming pool, everything is like coming out of one of those films that makes you want to go to Tuscany, so authentic and aesthetic. All the details are carefully looked after and this place makes you feel exactly as you expect when you choose Tuscany. Thanks a lot Simona, we really enjoyed these days and we expect to come back in the future.

The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds that guarantee a refreshing sleep. The bathroom is also modern and equipped with all the necessary amenities, with a spacious shower and soft towels. One of the highlights is the location: the apartment is located in a quiet area but at the same time close to the main points of interest, with supermarkets, restaurants and public transport easily accessible on foot. The owner was extremely helpful, ready to respond to our every request and to provide useful tips about the area.

Right in the heart of Tuscany, this spectacular piece of the Italian wonderland does not disappoint!

The apartment is very central and is located directly on the beach. Everything you need is within walking distance. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Communication with Guglielmo was always straightforward and prompt. His parents - who look after the property - are warm, loving and go to great lengths for a pleasant stay.
