Vacation rentals with a patio in Sai Kaew Beach

Everything was very nice and comfy! Birdy and Paul are really hospitable and kind owners :) One little thing: shower drain was a little clogged, so the water didn't drain well. Despite this trifle I highly recommend this apartment!

Our stay in Pattaya was amazing! The location is a bit away from the city, but that made it wonderfully peaceful—a perfect getaway for friends or family. Everything was sparkling clean and fresh, and the pool was fantastic. Having laundry facilities was a great bonus, and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

We had a terrific stay! My mother is in a wheelchair/uses sticks and it worked very well for us having a separate ground floor bedroom and living area. The pool and outdoor area was very accessible for her too. Overall, the property had so much space was in excellent order and had everything we needed (apart from a few more knives for eating with!) We loved being so close to the beach with a well-kept garden too. Would highly recommend .

We had an incredible stay at this place! The host and her husband were exceptionally welcoming and made us feel right at home. Their hospitality was beyond expectation, thoughtful, kind, and always ready to help. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and surrounded by a peaceful, beautiful environment. Everything was exactly as described. we'd love to come back again.

The villa is in a beautiful location. Fantastic house with lots of space for all 6 of us. Everything worked perfectly and we had all the amenities we needed. The only thing I’d love to see is the restaurant/cafe by the swimming pool open in the daytime so we didn’t have to cook or go out for food at lunchtime. I appreciate that this is seasonal however and they were renovating the pool area. It didn’t spoil our stay however as we had the pool to ourselves most days and it was so clean and warm. We will def return to this villa in the future. Thank you

Philippe and the team is the greatest host you can ever imagine. He made everything wish come true. Picked us from airport, organised food for the fridge, organised trips, massages etc. The house is a great house with all amenities as per the description. We had a great time in the house. Thank you again for hosting us!!!!

This is a good place for family and friends. The house is new and functional. We love that they have a swimming pool in the middle. It's pretty closed to local restaurants and not too far from the beach (driving distance). I'd recommend for anyone who enjoys quite place and far away from the crowd.

The place is perfect for group of friends. The house was spotless clean when we arrived and the host was really responsive to our messages. We had a great time in this property.
